So I preordered my iPhone 4S at 4:09 am ET on the 7th from the AT&T online store since apple site was so jammed. The email confirmation said the iPhone was scheduled to arrive on the 14th. Well after hearing that some iPhone 4S's were starting to be shipped from Apple I checked the order status on AT&T's site and it still said that my order was being processed. After calling AT&T the customer service agent said that orders take 21-28 days to arrive. I tried to explain that the email stated it would arrive on the 14th but the service agent insisted that it took 3-4 weeks. Is this true or will I be getting my iPhone on the promised release date of the 14th? What day would phone be shipped/How long does it take the phone to arrive after being shipped?
