I think iOS 14 Beta has been the most reliable beta ever. I have been using the beta for awhile with no major issues. I know others have said the same. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a release date of a week or so, but I think that would be a first to release the OS without a new iPhone announcement first.

I don’t know, 12 was really good. 14 feels like it’s been getting less stable with each successive beta, at least for me.

You can’t search for it to find it. It’s on the Watch Now screen. Scroll down a little and you’ll see a row that looks like this:

I’m seeing that in Apple’s TV app on the Apple TV. It’s a placeholder. It currently just plays some background music. At 10am PT (currently 20 minutes away), the placeholder will be replaced by the actual live event feed.

I'd just like to see rumor sites stop sounding like a broken record. It gets tiresome. Almost like every day saying the sun is coming up the sun is coming up. Yes I get it, the sun is coming up.

Perhaps just let everyone contribute to what they expect as we already many of the people who forecast these things are wrong....

Has anyone else noticed that the logo animation on the Apple.com home page doesn’t completely match up with the rest of the background? The colors are a little different.

Yes, but some people weren’t seeing the section at all. Did they run a placeholder video like that for WWDC? I thought the preshow video was part of the stream last time.

I love this video, this is one of the first Apple developers conference in 1997 when Steve Returned to Apple. Tim has is pretty easy now compared to Apple coming back from near bankruptcy. Back then the developers where 6 feet from your face. He handled it very professionally.

For me it goes to the stream. It’s still playing preshow video, but the stream is live!

EDIT: And it looks like the homepage now redirects to the stream. We’re getting close!

Perhaps, everyone's use cases are different and will experience different bugs. I do think the upgrade itself is one of the best upgrades ever to how people fundamentally use their phones (especially app library and widgets)

It's on the home page of US apple.com too. Just has the weird blue apple still, but it is an embedded video now.

Man if they don't talk about phones its not going to matter how many tech sites said it wouldn't happen their stock and their rep is gonna plummet.

The stock should already reflect the delay since Apple's CFO said during the 2nd Quarter's Earnings Call that the 2020 iPhones would ship weeks late and would not factor into the 3rd Quarter's financials nearly as much as past years.
