Except Google Voice still lacks MMS support
Except Google Voice requires everyone to setup new emails/phone numbers etc. to work.
Except you have to be on Chrome and signed into your Gmail/voice account

Apple just requires that you have a Macbook and iPhone. The Mac just has to be on and that's it. It just works.

Apple doesn't invent things, no one is saying that. They just execute and refine previously poorly thought out existing technology.

Maybe they'll surprise everyone once the software is out of the way?

10.10 has some decent features and the looks will either be lvoed or hated.

Still haven't seen "the best things in the pipeline" just yet.

Probably not the best place, but OSX is different from iOS in that we can revert back whenever right? Ive made an install of Mavericks on my USB, can I revert back 2 years from now if I want? Or are there Apple certificates like in iOS?

That's true. I would have to give out a new number to all my contacts. That would be a pain.
