Do not use Juice Defender. The app is nothing more than a paid version of what Samsung gives you right from the factory. You have a 3100mAh battery, which will be more than enough for a full days use.
As long as your phone isn't trying to connect back and forth between LTE, 4g and 3g constantly and you don't have the screen on for 6 hours straight with brightness set at 100 %, you won't have any issues. People that constantly complain about poor battery life and think Juice Defender was the answer, typically live in an area where at&t's signal isn't the greatest on 4g, so your modem and cpu are working overtime to find the best signal. Just be aware of things like thi and you will be fine.
) and it's been nothing short of fantastic. My recent device history was a One X (On CM10) -> IP5 (for 2 days before selling) -> back to One X -> Note 2. The size was a shock at first but I adjusted quickly and honestly can't ever see myself going back. I've rooted it to remove bloat and flashed a custom kernel from XDA and mildly OCed to 1704mhz and dropped voltages ~50 across the board. The battery life is even better than stock and wow this thing is just, awesome.
