Galaxy Note 3

Touchwiz is not just the launcher, but also the various menus and settings. Nova is just a launcher. When you install Nova, it replaces just the Touchwiz launcher to give more of a pure Android UI experience The other parts of Touchwiz - menus, settings, features, etc- remain untouched.
 
So say after using nova launcher, you wanted to return to touch wiz? Would uninstalling nova cause it to revert to touch wiz? Or would you need to back up / reinstall from somewhere?

You don't necessarily have to uninstall Nova - though you can - to go back to Touchwiz. You can go to the app manager and clear the defaults for Nova. The next time you hit the home button, you'll get a pop up that aks you whether you want to run Nova or Touchwiz. You can select Touchwiz and make it the default. If you want to go back to Nova later, the same process applies.

Your launcher settings and layout
are not affected in any way.This allows you to toggle between your launchers, if you need to.

We have been advised by Samsung that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be delivered to us*tomorrow(Wednesday 25th September).Orders will begin dispatching*tomorrow*upon stock arrival and you will be informed of dispatch via email.We expect to clear all orders within 24 - 48 hours of stock arrival.

I'm Jealous. Best Buys website here in the states says it releases Friday, but when I asked them about it, I was still given an October 1st date. Hoping I can find a Best Buy that will sell it early :p

I'm in the UK so we are expected to get it before you guys:(

Only downside mobile fun won't have any s view covers till 5th October so going have my phone a week with no case.

TouchWiz is more of a UI overlay + Samsung apps + launcher.
 
Heads up. Apparently there is a 16GB version of the Note 3.

The 16GB variant appears to be limited to the Exynos variant as for the time being. No one should get away releasing a phone with 16GB of storage at this point of time.

Though Google might be an exception due to their cloud infrastructure.
 
I honestly am not sure when to expect the phone anymore as my pre-order still says 9/11-9/13 on ATT.

Ive heard 9/25 as a release as well as 10/1.

I am patiently waiting..or at least trying to be patient.

I'm in the exact same spot. I wish they'd send us an email update or something. A shipment prior to the weekend would be great, but I'm not holding my breath.

I would have been ok with this as well. Just creating some chatter as we all wait for greatness.

i am sure they wont leave it at the door either so it will need to be signed for so i hope to catch which carrier is sending and give them instructions to leave it if possible or bring to a neighbor
 
with all the previous talk of how AT&T usually is first with shipments, like shipping out the S4 earlier than the release date for example, I'm hoping it will ship this week since were about a week before official release now.
That would be so nice.

Will take some pictures on Friday.. Only issue is its due to arrive tomorrow but I'm at work and nobody else is either. So Guessing it may get redelivered friday:(

I wish, sadly I've got to be in the office tomorrow.

There is somebody home till 10.am tomorrow so fingers crossed it arrives early.
