First impressions so light. It's big but amazing how light it really is.
Lighting fast.. Zero lag. Stunning screen. Holding my s4 makes it feel small
Have any of you guys that had the ship date of "9/11-9/13" contacted ATT for a status update or anything?
I contacted them today and were advised that they may need to reorder it again as that may have been a "glitch" in their system.
I even went to a store and did the order to hopefully avoid the idiotic mistakes.
I am trying to sort it out now but seeing if anyone else had an issue.
Sounds like I should be trying to get some credits.

Thats good to hear but most every Android phone has zero lag out of the box. The real test will be in 2-3 months time. Thats when most start to slow down and exhibit lag.
Called them and they advised due to high demand it has been delayed and they dont know when it will be shipping.
Still being patient but an idea of when would be nice.
Due to the wait though and issues over wrong dates he offered a $25 credit to my bill which was nice.
Battery life btw
Was on 50 percent when I opened the box.. Managed to get 5 hours total and 3 hours, 20 minutes screen time.. So as good on 50 then sometimes a full charge on S4
Right.

No way you should believe anything a first line customer rep tells you you about new product shipments. They know less than we do, They are just saying stuff to get you off the phone, although the credit you got is pretty sweet.
The ATT Note 3 will ship out when they notify us and it'll be all over the internet. Until then it's pointless to ask them. You'll get a different anwser each time you call.

Still trying to decide wether to get wireless charging or not...hmmmm

Must say the new 3.0 USB cable is very short...shorter than the other one so currently charging with the old one as 3.0 doesn't come close to my bed.

That's one of the reasons I like Samsung's products. The polycarbonate really has practical implications in weight and shock absorption. Like you, I have a Galaxy Note 8 and it is really light.
Soon, I will be getting the Note 3, but, like the Note 3, I also hope that the Note 8 gets the S pen software enhancements.
Enjoy your new phone!
Don't mean to troll but what absorption are you on about? The S4 falls into a million pieces when it hits the ground?![]()
The battery, SIM card etc![]()
I just ordered the spigen bounce case in both grey and black![]()
