The screens don’t look the same to me. LCD and Oled each have their pluses and minuses. In bright direct sunlight each screen might look the same but lcd has a contrast ratio of 1400 to one, oled have a contrast ratio of a million to one. Whether that matters it’s up to the individual.

I would agree, being Xs owner and trying to use XR for awhile was definitely an eye opener. The screen on the Xs is simply so much better, just my opinion.

However the battery life on the Xr is way better then Xs. I have to use my battery case to ensure I don’t need to charge through out the day on the Xs but on the Xr there is no need for battery case.

Xs ends up being heavier and thinker with the case on aswell.

I guess it all depends on what you really like and what you don’t mind compromising on.

I was toying with the iPhone 11 display yesterday, and then I held the phone in my hand and I still can’t believe how thick that phone is. I’m not saying it’s thick in a ‘bad way’, but even compared to my work iPhone 8 Plus, it’s notably thicker. But back to the display comparison between OLED versus LCD, they’re both great displays, I personally like OLED, but Apples LCD displays have matured so well over the years, I generally don’t think consumers can differentiate the difference between the two, let alone care.

iPhone 11 is 1mm thicker than the 11 Pro/ Max.
