Good to know

Is your google account attached to a credit card? Call the credit card and have them reverse the charges. Tell them what happened.99% of the time they side with the buyer.

Thanks for giving me the heads up - I will contact them.

Typical

Just charge back, don't bother to talk to the company first, to see if they would issue a refund or whatever it takes to make it at least pleasent.
People who run & own business are now faced with people who change their minds or don't read discriptions on the product they're buying. Oh well I'll just do a charge back, I don't have to be accountable, I don't like it now!
Unfortunately this has become the norm because of the Walmarts & Taegets with there take no respsonsability, so now people buy something use it for what they need, or try it out and bring it right back for a full refund.
That kind of behavior has become the norm!
With all aluminum case's it's well documented about the signal loss!

BTW I have tried a lot of aluminum cases, I really like the precision of machined products. I have a the Rokform Fuzion with the new design with a composite Lwr portion and I have not had reception problems. Check them out, as well as all their other cool machined and complete composite case systems!:apple:

looks like this company is dead... no response or new orders in the last year.

any with regard to reception, do plastic or silicon bumpers affect reception as well? i figure if Steve Jobs mention the way you hold your phone causing the reception issue, I assume anything contacting the antenna would cause problems

Plastic/silicone no. Other than aluminum type bumpers interfering with reception, problems with holding it is pretty much a non issue now with the revised 4S and 5 antenna.

I guess I can't send you a pm since my post count is too low. Send me your info/number and offer to kpham886 at gmail dot com. I have 2 all black and want to get rid of both
