I typically get around 3 download over att here in Chicago, but your speeds are "pretty decent"

Doesn't matter what they say. I have used T-Mobile, and know people who still do and they have more signal issues than me with their phones.

Buy yourself a Windows phone, Buy yourself a Droid, Try them all out as daily drivers. it's not a bad thing to try other phones. I have found the 4S to be a better well oiled machine compared to the windows and 8 other droids i had.
