An appeal to popularity is a logical fallacy.Of course they do. Google has a long list of services/products that are most popular in their respective categories, for example, GMail, YouTube, Android, Google Maps, Chrome Browser, Google Search, YouTube TV, Chromebooks/software for schools etc. Based on this, it looks like Google might be the most trusted service/software provider out there.
For some strange reason Millennials love Google, even prefer Google Apps over MS Office...Of course they do.
Gross.Google Apps over MS Office...
Sometimes I just don't understand people like you are just being sarcastic or sillyMakes sense. Apple is forcing a 3rd party service onto its users. When people buy a Google phone, they know what they are getting.
Pixel users chose Google. Apple users never chose OpenAI
I don’t hate the company or its products. I believe the greedy leadership is destroying the long term viability of AAPL by destroying goodwill with customers and only caring about the shareholders and the executive teams compensations. Why are you on an Apple rumours site if you (clearly) hate the company?
Would you really, though?I will happily use Google AI features in their apps on my iPhone 15, after Apple decided to limit the RAM in an attempt to force upgrades. It's absolutely inexcusable that the 14P/15 don't come with enough memory to run their models. I haven't seen such user hostility in a long time and I am seriously considering jumping to Android for my next purchase after them pulling this BS.
There is no reason to trust anyone except maybe your family and friends. Corporations and the government are neither. 9/11 changed America, along with destroying corporate goodwill and ensuring only executive compensation and shareholders prevail at the cost of American workers.I don't trust Apple with my data either and I don't understand this blind trust in a big corporation that is so big that all it takes is some small negligences here and there for a big hack to happen.
Larry David’s experience with the forefather of Apple Intelligenc, Siri. NSFW (language):"Hey Siri, self-diagnose the reason the computer isn't connecting to the printer and fix it?" Too much to ask for, I'm sure. Thanks, Tim Apple.
That’s the state of computing. Apple knows more about users than they know about themselves also! It’s a fact! They can brag about privacy but it’s all marketing hype.Google knows more about people than they do about themselves.
I needed a good laugh tonight 🤣Larry David’s experience with the forefather of Apple Intelligenc, Siri. NSFW (language):
When introducing the new Pixel 9 models today, Google didn't miss an opportunity to denigrate Apple Intelligence.
Like Apple Intelligence, Gemini works using on-device processing power, but Google made sure to point out that Gemini is capable enough to answer complex queries without handing a task off to another AI service. The comment was a dig at Apple's plan to add ChatGPT integration to Siri, as ChatGPT will be able to do things that Siri can't.
Don't you mean "creative" writing? I kid, I kid...It’s a valid point.
I tried ChatGPT and Gemini paid products and Gemini for creative writing was a million times better.
Google will win.
