got the snip today. Not as bad as I thought. Two jags then they cut you open tie a couple of knots in your tubes and send you home. Been painful for a couple of hours but a few vodkas have helped !!!!!!!!
Anyone else had it???
Hope the pain isn't waiting for tomorrow??????

Can't say if it is good or bad that you can no longer reproduce.

my father in law sent me that last night.
It's very good I can no longer reproduce. I've got enough already.
Once I'm better I have to get the remaing you know what out of me???????
Hope my gf is ready lol.
Might swap my iPhone for a siemens.

Actually, I act freaked out, but I think I always assumed that I may do the same when I'm older.


So are you awake for the procedure? I would be too afraid of other things falling out in the process.

I shuddered reading this - and felt my knees tighten together! :eek: Hope the vodka helps! ;)
 
For me, it would be, "No Chance No Way"

Problem will be, you and the wife will have to work out other plans for a few months, as I have heard it from someone who add this done, that his wife got pregnant 1 month after the work was done. Lets just say, not all the money has been taken out of the bank. ;)
 
Follow your DR's advice and stay on your back for at least 24 hrs to recover - (nuts can become avocados if you don't)
 
I loathe children, so the thought has crossed my mind. But I decided against it.

Oh and I say loathe children, until I pick one up and then I get cute. But if it starts to cry I am putting it down and walking away.
 
Topics like this always remind me of situation I observed many years ago.

A place where I was assigned, was without spouses, so many decided then was the time to get the snip. Unfortunately, the procedure was not like it is today. Many had problems. Almost everyones bearings swelled.

However, the one that will stick in my mind forever, is the one fellow who's bearings swelled to the size of a grapefruit. :eek:

Luckily for him, the swelling went down in a few days.

Birth control isn't that expensive :D
