Apple is (not without cause) blamed as being part of the reason for the component shortage, as they are said to have reserved capacities further in advance (up to two years) than usual, when other more cautious companies cut back on their orders due to Covid market uncertainties.I don't think there will be that much. Apple, contrary to views by many on here is not immune to the supply chain issues and shortages every other company is facing. Other than iPads I can't see any new mac products being announced unless they can actually provide them which I doubt they can at this stage.
