Has your MBP shipped yet?

It's finally shipped, this morning (after 4 delays in the shipping date). Am I the very last person here to order on April 13th, and not yet receive my order?

I should have my 17" i7 MacBook Pro with the 7200 RPM 500 GB drive and the anti-glare screen by around next Tuesday (i.e., 2 business days), I hope.

Reading through this forum has made me a bit uneasy about chances of getting a bad screen or whatever other problem, and needing to return it and go through the whole waiting process, yet again – but I expect that issues with new MBPs are rare, and mine will be fine.

When is the last FedEx flight out of China on Friday?

My MBP activity reads as follows:

Is there a flight that leaves today? My last MBP didn't get the above until late Friday so it sat in China all weekend. I am hoping that this one does not share the same fate and that there is a flight that this one gets on so I get it sooner. Anyone know if it should leave today, before FedEx shuts down for the weekend in China? Is my MBP already on a flight out of China? Or is it waiting to get picked up? I can't remember what "Left FedEx origin facility" actually means.

I have bought from a premium reseller in Greece on April 20th. Finally today after 24 days my MBP 15" i7 is prepared for shippment with TNT ! ! !

Do you know if TNT ships late the same day or Satuday or I have to wait till Monday?

I've ordered three separate times in the last four weeks. Each time FedEx has delivered the computer two days earlier than the _estimated_ delivery date. Credit FedEx for that.

I ordered my BTO 15" on Thursday night, the 6th but still dont have it. Its supposed to be delivered between 11th and 18th. Im in CA so they better not use the weather excuse. Hoping Monday will be my lucky day.
The wait is excruciating. Its torturous! Its much worse than the first time I bought a MBP. Wonder why.
I sold my 2008 MBP last week so I have been using an old Dell in the interim. This archaic machine sure makes me love my baby Mac even more It so heavy, hot and bulky that I cant keep it on my lap. What a sorry excuse for a laptop!
FedEx gods, please deliver my Mac tomorrow because I ran out of things to do to keep me sane! I dont have anything else to clean or reorganize!!!! I miss my buddy!

Update - Turns out my Mac was delivered to the wrong building on the 12th! I will pick it up on the 19th. My luck!!!

By the way, does anyone know the email address of European Customer Relations? I am not sure but I believe that the headquarters of Apple in Europe are in England.

We do not have Apple in Greece so I have to contact them in order to find where is my order and get a decent tracking info.

Ordered my 15" i7 8gig, 7200rpm, high res anti glare from a reseller on the 14th of April no updates on its location until it hits my country ... no updates yet ... still waiting :'( a bit disappointed that apple can deliver these from their website in a week and I have waited four ... do apple not want resellers to sell their products?

Arrived so happy just migrating over using time machine. 14th april - 17 May thats a 34 day delivery time

I have to say that I ordered my MBP only 5 days ago and it's shipping very fast! (I cancelled my last order because the waiting time was reaching a month without any information, and a constant status saying "Not yet shipped".)

After what I have founded out, my MBP will be in Denmark tomorrow, maybe I'll be lucky to recieve it the day after tomorrow. I'm getting really excited.

Glad that I could help My experience with an Apple re-seller has so far been terrible - not saying that it isn't worth it, cause some people will find it pleasant, (as I did in the first place.)

With some luck, we will have our MBP within the end of this week. What is your estimated delivery date?

Actually I don't have an estimated delivery date because we don't have access to these information! The reseller after many phone calls has contacted apple and informed me that it has been prepared for shipping on Friday, so I am pretty sure that my MBP is also in Arnhem with yours. Here in Greece we have ONLY resellers so in other words we have BIG BIG problem.

Till Friday then . . .

Ps.: We will be lucky ! ! ! I have waited too much!

Okay, that sad. Well, we only got resellers in Denmark too. But I called the specific Apple Store for my country at Apple's online store, and they managed my order over phone. I found them very helpful and kind and it only took two minutes to order my MBP 17" CTO. They did even put me in Fast Shipment, which is why it only took my order two days to ship.

Yeah, our stuff is in Europe now, so that's promising!

PS: If you shoud buy anything from Apple in the future, then I would advice you to concider Apple directly. You'll see that it will go faster and best of all, you'll have ALL the information you need about your order = no need to call any apple reseller to get information.

I am a bit concerned here..

Ordered 15" MBP on May 2nd. Nothing happend for a week, i then called Apple. They told me it was ready for shipment (this was the 11th of May). Next day i received a mail telling me it had been shipped. Estimated delivery on or before 25th of May..

As of now, i still cant see any updates or progress when i track my order on apple.com. I think its wierd that i dont get any updates on the shipment between 12th of May and now. Now its almost 18th of May, still nothing.

Funny thing is, i just received my invoice today through mail as PDF, though they always ship those afterwards in snailmail.

You guys think I should call Apple tomorrow or just hope it gets here on the 25th?

Which shipment company did you get for shipping your order? I have the excatly same estimated delivery date: ... on or before 25th of May If not, I would say, call Apple on friday if there hasn't been any update. Did you order through Apple directly og through a reseller?
