I've got the same times as a few others with UPS. I'm in the UK, ordered less than two hours after launch.
I know this obviously isn't UPS' fault, but they should probably be making some alternative arrangements as this delay may last weeks. They could fly everything to the closest hub they have that isn't locked down in Europe and go by road from there.
Even if it were only MBPs bound for the UK it would probably take a few trucks full so it has too be worthwhile when you consider that's only a tiny amount of the total of things being shipped.
They are no doubt contemplating this and maybe even putting it into action, but the notice on their homepage simply says expect delays; no word of any action other than waiting on their part.

The tracking system is poor compared to DHL. Misleading info on every update (it was never in cologne so why put that info on the report?)
I should probably just resign myself to waiting patiently for the next few days/weeks/months/years.
