They ship from various warehouses across the U.S. I'm not sure of all the locations but I know they ship from Mira Loma, CA, and Jonestown PA. I've also had stock configs ship direct from China. If they ship from the US they usually ship from the closest warehouse near your ship to address.

I ordered from power max free shipping and I should have it in a couple days, they are really nice there as long as you can deal with the packages they have to offer you're golden.
 
Just received mine here in New Zealand.

I ordered a sleeve w/ my MBP and the sleeve has already shipped, MBP is still waiting to come to papa:(

Mine says the exact same thing as yours. I got the glossy hi res screen and only 4gb of ram.

I originally had standard (free) shipping. I called and asked how realistic that friday delivery date was, and the friendly rep gave me free expedited (2-day) shipping. Fingers crossed. I waited about 4 months for the thing to come out, now I'm having a really hard time waiting 4 days for it to get here!
 
Ordered mine today at 11am PST and just got the "shipment info sent to fedex" and the est. arrival date is now tomorrow. Considering it is leaving out of fullerton, which is only about an hour away, i can see my baby getting here tomorrow.

Was it a BTO (Build to order), or did you order a stock model?

I am thinking that those of us who have BTOs will get them sat or Monday. If they haven't shipped by eod tomorrow you are def looking at early next week. But it's doubtful they will get from china to the states in one day.....

Sad but I am just trying to be realistic

Has your BTO Arrandale Macbook Pro Shipped Yet?

Please use this thread for Build to Order Macbook Pros only, that way we will know the second these babies start shipping out of China.

My thoughts as of now is most of us will see these early next week. When I bought my Penryn Macbook Pro I ordered on a Tuesday and got it on Monday. My expectations are similar this time around.
 
Semi-repetitive thread but I can appreciate the need for BTO distinction. My BTO 13" hasn't shipped and has the same expected date as yours.

Monday would be fantastic.

Yes, I dont want to hear about all the people who already received theirs ;)

Plus BTO is better anyways, we all got better specs :D

im pretty sure it can take up to 5 business days for Apple to process a bank transfer

Let's not get all crazy yet. China is 12 hours off from Eastern Standard Time, so they might not have made it to shipping yet. It's just lunchtime after all.
 
Mine hasn't. Ordered... oh, at least six hours ago.

WHAT IS TAKING THEM SO LONG!?!?!?!?!

(And yes, my cat often complains about my short attention span.)
