Nothing beats the waiting time from the swedish apple store!

Ordered yesterday morning for a friend it still says ships in 5 days and estimated arrival apr 29 - may 3 That's over 2 weeks Just wanted to add my experience..

I ordered BTO; high-end stock 15-inch MacBook Pro buth with antiglare. I ordered today in the early afternoon (Wednesday not Thursday) and I also have expected arrival date of April 16th to 22nd. I doubt I'll see it this week but nothing wrong with hoping

I ordered as soon as the store came back up (17" i7 BTO) and it still says "not yet shipped" and I also have the ability to cancel.

Why are some people saying the i7 is not worth it? The early cluster of Geekbench scores show an obvious improvement over the i5 in 32 and 64 bit mode.

I finally bought the base model on Tuesday afternoon, and considering the 5 day shipping, my delivery estimate of 20-21 April surprised me a little! I was half expecting to have to wait a few weeks for it. That's what waiting for updates for months does to you!

Ordered 4/13 at the German Apple Store: 15.4/2.66/CTO, Hires display and 7200 hdd. Said to be shipped in four business days, ETA April 22nd-23rd. Still says "not shipped yet" but thats ok, I've learnt to wait for my mbp

Still "within 3 business days" as when I ordered.

The volcano in Iceland would prevent it from flying in right now anyway, so it doesn't matter.

My order didn't ship yet; I'm going to call my local store again tomorrow; if stock shows up, I'm canceling… worse comes to worst, if they show up stock tomorrow and my online order ships, I'll return the online order. I'll just have to somehow deal with $10,000 in computer purchases on my next credit card bill.

You can def. still cancel. I've already canceled and reordered 3-4 times b/c I couldn't make up my mind b/t the i5/i7 or antiglare screen. Finally settled on lowend i5 w/ antiglare.

I ordered higher-end 15-inch MacBook Pro with everything stock except the antiglare display. It's "Not yet shipped," and I can still cancel my order, but I can't return (obviously ) or print invoices.

My 15" high resolution 2.53GHz 500GB 7200RPM MBP shipped this morning!! Apple says delivery on either 4/20 or 4/21!

however the delivery estimate is april 28-29, which is a bummer. does anyone else experience this? i ordered at the german apple store.

Hopefully some of us will see BTOs start shipping today. I looked back at my old Penryn MBP BTO thread and it took until Thurs/Fri/Sat until peoples machines started shipping. That was 2 years ago but gives you some idea
