I have been driving my boyfriend crazy about it too...he kept telling me, fedex cant do anything based on his past experiences...so I was like "Oh yeah? Watch me!" Seriously...Ive never dealt with customer service like that....and man did she piss me off! Dont mess with me with my new MBP bitch!

My package was suppose to be comeing wed 21 before 10:30 call fedex they said it wS comeing today mon 19 before 10:30 order on the 13 around noon got the 2 -3 day shipping for I think 18.00 bucks I'll let u know it's 8:24 now

Well after it missed the fedex cutoff and got delayed 24 hours, my package is only a couple miles away:

They better not hold it until Thursday

This confuses me a bit

My MBP bto, is "at my local fedex facility" arrived in Houston last night. Yet estimated delivery is still 21 April 2010

So...what gives? I don't recall having this last bto I got nor with any international shipping thing, if it arrived early it got delivered early not held for 2 days. Representative on the phone says it is likely in a consolidated delivery freight for Wednesday delivery, so will be unable to get it out before then. I guess I understand that, but 2 day shipping used to mean from source to house, not from stateside arrival to house.

Okay, I called a 2nd rep like a former poster in here, he put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then said they had alot of calls regarding packages in this consolidated freight group for Wednesday delivery. So they opened it and should expect it to show up later this afternoon as it won't be on a truck until after lunch.

So, to the Houston crowd, lol getting our mbp's today be near your door with IDs!

The recent consignments of Macbooks (at any rate with destination Danmark) are STILL physically in SHANGHAI, according to my spokesman in UPS/Copenhagen. And he was not aware himself of any truck transport having  taken place from Køln til Copenhagen...Everything is indeed very confusing, also therefore it is of great interest to hear from you as soon as you receive your Macbook. Just don't get a netbook. I tried that. Worst decision ever. I returned mine, the only way it would have been useable fore me is as a hackentosh with 3x the speed.

I'm in the same boat. I wonder if they just aren't getting scanned or if they are really sitting there in China and haven't moved yet. It seems like the Monday flight would have already occurred. What time does it usually land in Alaska? Maybe it won't be scanned again until it arrives there.
