I pre ordered on ATT Next but I paid off to trade in my current phone early. I can't cancel my x pre order and buy one in store right?
Just canceled my 11/17-24 order after finding one pretty easily yesterday at a Verizon store, so there’s one spot for y’all to move up... lol

Originally was 11/17-24 but happened to pass an apple store with stock on my way home from a trip and they had exactly what my wife and i wanted so i got to cancel my online order.
Im wondering if the apple stores may be the way to go now. Ive always ordered online thinking it was the smartest way.

I wonder if the phones stuck in Anchorage are waiting for the phones still stuck in Incheon to catch up with them before they all ship to Louisville together.
I cancelled my 11/17-11/24 preorder, we decided to go out of town that week so without Apple improving the ship date that could turn into a real hassle. Also really turned off by the whole thing of staying up late and hammering the Apple Store app only to get thrown to the curb with my order date, not even sure I will buy one now. I mean I literally bought one at the earliest exact second it was physically and electronically possible, it does not seem fair that people are just strolling into stores with no line and buying them weeks before I get mine shipped. I will check local stock now and then but unless I am in the right mood I may just keep my 7.
In my family the husband is required to relinquish items that the mast... ..err um wife.. wants more. Bad husband, or good wife in this case?
But it works both ways. In my case my wife apparently doesn't want to upgrade from the 7 to the X, so I have an X-tra I'm selling locally or returning.
Nope. My wife’s phone was on the same flight as mine which has been in Anchorage for the last day now and hers is at the local CC while mine is still in clearance agency limbo in Anchorage with no delivery date anymore. It was supposed to be on Monday but who knows when it’s going to leave Alaska. Already missed one flight today. Hopefully someone at UPS will be kind enough to throw it on one of the flights tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest.
That’s a logical guess. Hopefully we see them in the soon to fly UPS99 ;-)
UPDATE they left a little over hour ago from Korea on the current UPS99 to Anchorage and then Louisville alright they are not lost ;-)

Well, next flight for Anchorage just departed. Hope I see some UPS scans soon showing my phone made the flight. I swore I wasn’t going to track flights this year. Arghhh!
But of course no updates on our phones really UPS. WTF? Anyone here work for UPS? This is getting bad. Perhaps our phones are on way to Louisville eventually but the lag in scans is just useless to us
Ok they were real info, the phones left about hour ago from Korea on the current UPS99 to Anchorage which will be in Louisville early in morning 6-7AM CDT. Not sure why they stayed there that long? cleaning out the launch day stuff?

May not be a lag in scans. They may literally still be where their last scan was.
This is what we get with economy express. Apple too damn cheap to send with best going with cheapest to keep their billions. Bah!!

Not really. Nov. 3rd delivery folks were on first class UPS services. I think it's because Apple thinks we already got bumped, we shouldn't mind if it's a Nov 6th delivery or Nov 5th delivery so they're using Worldwide Express Saver. Not happy about this.
