Well, in Colorado Springs I drove 20 miles to spend 3 hours in the cold outside of the store yesterday before they got to me, in order to buy the VERY LAST 256GB Verizon iPhone X. And by "middle of the day" here, all they had left was Sprint and T-mo 64GB versions, and sold out of those by dinner time.
My case and wireless charging pad arrived today...I’ll get an in-store protector for it when it arrives. Anyone know if Apple employees are allowed to put the protectors on for you? I suck at it.

Yeah, my wife's phone. Either they got separated or there's a delay in the scans reaching UPS systems.
I think there’s some happy guy in Incheon that’s enjoying my phone at this point. 
That’s the original departure time for latest UPS99. Although it actually left at 7:32 am
UPDATE: ours are there says 8:15 so the scans are bleeding thru after the departure of UPS99

Me too! I was actually on hold with UPS (I swore I wasn’t going to call this year) when I checked and saw same departure scan as yours. Hallelujah!
Same time for me also. With the time difference, the departure time was 45 minutes ago. 5PM PDT now.
Lots of (frequent) flights between Anchorage and Louisville. Our phones should be in the continental United States by tomorrow morning.
FINALLY got a departure scan - it's a miracle. 8:15am 11/5 (S. Korea time). Still says delivers EOD Monday. Fingers crossed.
I am happy that people are getting their stuff.

Yes I have same they are trickling in on scan reports. Definitely UPS99 flight
It’ll arrive in Anchorage in a little over 5 hours!
For the Korean to tour group they are moving finally. On UPS99 that just left a hour or so ago.

Canceled my preorder. Waited 5 mins for ATT Next to reset and reserved for pick up at 6:05am.
Never ordering through Apple app again. Id rather take my chances for an in store pick up the day after a launch.

Mine finally departed Anchorage. I think it will arrive in Louisville after midnight and head to California tomorrow (hopefully)!
Canceled preorder. Ordered iPhone online. Reserved a pickup time at the Apple store. Purchased a screen protector. Apple employee used a machine to put on protector. Flawless.
