Well then none of them are on the same page. I was told by my Apple Advisor that they cannot do anything about bumping orders, and neither can Senior Advisors. I guess maybe you got a Senior Advisors manager who I could assume get you bumped. I do not know, maybe Senior Advisors can and I was just given false information.
I'm thinking of trying to get one at a Apple retail store and then cancel my order. I'm worse than a kid at Christmas.

Lol, I was contemplating doing that too. But in a pretty casual way–just watching istocknow and if I saw anything pop up randomly, just try to scoop it up.
Either you were the nicest guy they have ever talked to on the phone, had the most compelling story that moved them to change your order, or they did whatever they could so they never have to hear from you again, haha

EDIT: You are saying I do not have integrity because I called to complain about the terrible preorder experience, and THEY offered to give me something? You do not know me at all. Why make such a jab at someone? I think that tells me you are either pissed because I got something, or jealous. Why else a jab like that?
Also, I do not think they should have done a 55 country launch, and I highly doubt they will do this again. They should have done what they did for every other iPhone launch. U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K, and a few others. Apples 55 country launch is why we are in this mess to begin with, in my humble opinion. Also, why the hell would they do a 55 country launch with a device they know is in such tight supply? Even if they did like a 10 country launch, they would have sold out. So do not tell me it was because they did not think it would sell out and it would "embarrass" Apple and their precious shares would drop! Total BS!

Idk the fact that so many people are even in this 2/3 week window shows they had great supply. Its just that its the iPhone X and all. I would never consider having to wait 2/3 weeks for one of the biggest phone releases of all time as a "big mess."
istocknow only looks at the Apple Store, right? Not stores like Walmart or Target?
NYC. Its not so bad if you're alert. Did it for Airpods and got them a couple days after launch with ease.

Unfortunately mine would be grand central lol...
Williamsburg used to be my go to though, I wouldn't under estimate the crowd size there. The couple times I went for repairs it was packed to the brim with long wait times.
I also just got bumped forward by ONE day - from 11/17 to 11/16.

Others were given the AirPods. I thought that was a better deal. But I’m satisfied with my folio case. Can’t be too demanding, I’m so happy now.

Ah you're right, that one is on my way home by chance too. That store is so empty most of the time lol. Really all the stores in there are so empty most of the time haha.
Before I moved to Dallas, I worked right across from the Williamsburg location. Just like the Whole Foods there, the line can get absolutely RIDICULOUS.
Same here (just Verizon not AT&T), but same 256 Silver and order time through Apple Store.Mine is still this (00:16 order) ....
lol yeah that is kinda true - plenty of tourists though. Lovely building though (IMO).
I actually got my 7 Plus at the Soho store via a lucky break with iStocknow but WTC is really great - not very packed with tyre kickers and the staff are good.
