I don’t think you can cancel once it moves to Order In Process.

OiP is able to be changed. Can't change once it is preparing for shipment. OiP is where almost all orders have been in since pre-order day except the once that shipped already.

My Creative Director walked in this morning and told me his phone was coming monday. We originally both had 17-24.

Part of the paid in full, 17-24 crew. Still nothing on card, no change in status, and not even the mini bump up to the 16th.

I just got a call from one of Mr. Cooks "assistants" as she put it, however, I am not dumb and know she is at least not one of his close assistants. The call was from Austin, TX just like many in this thread have received. Her actual title, from the email she sent me is "Apple Online Store Executive Relations." I did send Mr. Cook an email just telling him that they need to have their system/servers readied better for launches, AND more importantly have much stricter rules for the carriers for their systems/servers. I just reiterated that to her, and she told me she would relay the information to Mr. Cook and the engineers. She also said she "expects" but cannot guarantee that ship times should improve. So hey, it is good to know when you email a higher up at Apple, this being the CEO, someone from executive relations will get back to you unlike most other companies. Anyway, just wanted to report that.

Still no charge on CC, or ship time bump. Glad for all the people that are seeing a bump or charge on their CC!

For what it's worth, I have 3 coming under IUP:
2x 256GB Space Gray Verizon
1x 256GB Silver Verizon

All 3 were moved to 11/16-23, but no movement beyond that.

Just thought the PiF crowd would like to know that not all of the IUP people are getting Apple love.

Me too because it is directly around the time I travel for Thanksgiving! So there is a chance that I will miss Thanksgiving if the worst case scenario comes and my delivery is for 11/24. I will not have it held and have to wait even longer to get it! Truly dumb of Apple.

What is Cook’s email? I am not going to ask for an early delivery, but i am going to let them know how disappointed I am with the servers and App being down and then dispaarate outcomes for those ordering at the same time on direct with Apple, IUP apple and direct with wireless proivder. They should have the same outcomes for same time booking regardless of the cathegory of booking.
 
T-Mobile Silver 256GB, 12:09 confirmation email, no updated time yet, but credit card has now been charged! Order still “in progress” however.

You’re just not polite in the way you write your posts. I don’t need to read them all to know that. I wasn’t insulting you, I just think people should be nicer. Being able to afford a crazy expensive phone that happens to be in very high demand, is a “good problem to have”.
 
Guys, I'm new here, my iphone x deliver estimate is 12-19 December, but there's any chance of that date change?
