Was it T-Mobile phone?Ordered via Apple Store App on iPhone; got on as soon as the Apple Store App came up at about 12:03; paid in full with Apple Pay and was done in 2 or 3 minutes; still got delivery dates of 11/17 - 11/24
Are you IUP, buy in full, or through a carrier installment?

Ditto... ordered 2 full payment T-Mobile 256 GB Space Gray; same issue as many others have mentioned... couldn’t access Store app or website; was able to get in at 3:10 AM and received confirmation email at 3:13 AM.
First time in 8 years, I won’t have a launch day iPhone... oh well, maybe it’s worth the wait!

We will all be pissed come launch day when other people have their iPhone X. I am pretty sure on Friday when I see everyone talking about and shooting unboxing videos of their iPhone X, I will not be saying I hope it is worth the wait. I will be saying, "I should be enjoying my damn iPhone X today," haha!!!
I got the email on Saturday too, replied them with order number which was on ATT next, not IUP.
Apple returned back saying no change needed everything looks good and same delivery date of 11/17-11/24

Well if it worked I would have done the IUP, but it didn't... and it screwed me. I wish I just went with my gut and bought it outright... I knew it would be the cleanest way, but my friend at the very end convinced me to go through IUP, something about money and free interest...

Anyways by the time I got back to another order (mind you it was still only 3:06 AM) it was already 17-24th... ugh!!
For the record, my dates have not changed... checking almost every hour or so lol.
That is not true. I am an IUP customer. Sitting at 17-24 dates n will end up paying extra payments on my current phone.
The only reason I'm irritated is that I was able to connect to both the iPad App Store app and website before 2:05 but the only place that let me completed my pre-approved IUP upgrade was the iPhone app, which I couldn't connect to until 2:11. I would have had a good shot at Nov 3 delivery if the app they were pushed everybody to actually worked.
So you’ll pay more than 12 payments total? I’ve never looked into IUP but I would hope that if you have a new device ordered and you’ve paid 12 payments as agreed, then any new payments would apply to the new device?
Yes I am going to end up paying 14 payments. I got my 7plus on launch day last year. And since X was delayed I have no option but to continue paying extra payments and then turn this phone in.
Extra payments would not apply against new device.
Ahhh, this just pisses me of for just so many reasons! I was on that app the minute it went live and it kept giving me an error when I had to enter my AT&T info (which should not have been needed anyway) so I am pissed at AT&T for not being ready. Headed over to Apples website, got all the way through, clicked "Checkout" and bam the site glitched and I had to start over, so pissed at Apple for that. I had two chances to get a 11/3 delivery and got royally screwed because two major tech companies cannot be ready for a launch they know was going to be MASSIVE! I mean 55 countries! Also mad about that. It should have been U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K. and a few others...not 55 damn countries! Launch it in stages like you did for ALL the other iPhone launches! Other thing that really makes me mad is this delivery date range is right around when most of us travel for Thanksgiving! End rant...cannot get this worked up, this early, haha.

Link me please, the previous post I see from you is saying you are "Salty" from all this, or just tell me what Apple & AT&T compensated you. Last year I got a free case, and $150.00 to spend in the Apple Store from Apple for the massive screw up with my iPhone 7 Plus. Did not get it on launch, and then the one I got had serious cosmetic damage and a crack in the screen but they could not get me a new one for two damn weeks!

Ya call Apple and Att. Apple gave me a free case, and updated “2 day” faster delivery. 11/17-24 standard shipping to 11/15-22 2-3 day shipping. Att gave me $25 credit.
Mine is T-Mobile. I am just looking to get earlier shipping, shall I just call Apple now?
Call them now see if they could give u extra 2’day earlier shipping and a free case like they did to me.
When you say 2 day earlier, you mean if I had a window of 11/17-11/24 then I would get them on 11/15-11/22?
