Did you need a US credit card to get the free month? I will wait near the end of GoT Season 5 to get my free month.
Free month is only if you subscribe in April

Need this in the UK now please!
A bit of a cluster at the moment. Tried to set it up through the Apple TV, and get hung up on the "Accessing HBO Now." Downloaded the app and registered, but got an error immediately followed by email confirmation of my registration. Tried to sign in using the login information I used to register, but I get another error message. Clicked on "Forgot password?" to try to reset it, but the promised email has not shown up.

Wait...are you describing getting HBO Now, or trying to buy an Apple Watch?
I'm not sure why they needed a separate app from HBO GO, as the content appears to be identical.

I cut the cord last year, best choice ever. I watch Hulu and Netflix (and from today HBO Now), save a lot of money, and have less electronics around. I miss sports a little bit (I have MLS Live, but this year I decided to not subscribe to MLB TV) but honestly... not that much.
Probably just because HBO GO is tied to all the cable and satellite providers and it's available on lots of streaming platforms, whereas HBO NOW is a standalone subscription service exclusive to Apple.
Live sports is the only reason I still have cable.
Apple can't even give us BBC iPlayer, 4OD etc. We got two hope of them doing anything like this for us(

It's not exclusive to Apple. There's already a separate provider available on it 'Optimum'. After 3 months there will be many more.
I wonder how many people could share a password ?
4 friends pitch in and lower it from $20 a month to $5 a month
How do you get internet? I called and they said right now for cable and Internet im paying 109 for just Internet it's 70?! Doesn't seem worth it

Seems to be all on demand. How much of the HBO content is only live streamed vs. on demand streaming?
This is the same problem with Sling TV... If I can't stream on demand, then I'd need some sort of digital recorder to timeshift the content.
So close...

It's separate. HBOGo is for people who have HBO through their provider. This is for those of us who don't . Now we can watch all the content you've had access to for awhile now.
