Really in need of some serious help.

Due to my phone being constantly stuck with the apple logo when it turned on, I had only one option left which was to restore my phone. I had iCloud backups from 14/07/2016 and 23/06/2016 so thought this was fine for the restore and I could just back them up with these backups.

As I go to set everything up from the restore, I press Restore from iCloud Backup, and press the latest backup... next thing it comes up with a unknown apple ID, asking for it's password.. I have no clue what's going on and press skip, and then just shuts me out of getting my iCloud backup..

I have done some research into this and googled the email, the unknown email was from a user which I downloaded a song from a torrent link. I found out that Apple, during the restore they realize that a song from backup is not yours (does not belong to icloud id or apple id of yours) and prompt you to enter password for that ID - which is in my case asking me for this unknown email's Apple ID password.

Now, I understand I might of made a mistake by downloading the song, but is there ANY way I can get my backup as I clearly don't know this unknown apple ID's password.. is there ANY way I can remove this unknown Apple ID from iCloud and get it back to mine?

    Many thanks

Would you be able to delete the apple ID that's there and type in yours? Have you tried restoring from within iTunes?

If you do manage to get back into your iCloud backup, if I were you, I would delete the song and redo the backup so you have a 'clean one'. You've probably read all the info online about how to fix this using iTunes as well.
