Unless something really far fetched happens I won't be seeing the :apple: Watch tomorrow. This thread is for people who do not have tracking numbers and/or still in the "Processing Items" stage and/or have not seen a charge on their card. Look, I am really happy for the people who are getting it tomorrow but ****** you! Nah JK, I'm just jelly lol. If you have tracking info then this thread is not for you. Go enjoy your new toy! This thread is for people like me to keep an update of our statuses to a) minimize the clutter and b) not having to listen to all you gloat about getting the very thing we are getting left out of! :cool:

If you are like me and still want to keep up with and/or speculate about when we will finally get out of Processing hell then join in and give the following info:

What time did you get your confirmation email?
What model did you order?
Is your order Processing or Preparing for Shipment?
Where are you located?
Did you get email of death?
Any other pertinent info

For me....

April 10th, 12:08am Apple time
42mm SS Milanese
Still in Processing hell, never has moved
Alabama, USA
Yes, got EOD on Wednesday night
Never any kind of charge or hold on my Barclay Card

It sucks but I am going to enjoy the anticipation ride with my fallen comrades until I get this thing in my hands. :confused:
 
What i'm telling myself until I get a watch:
i'm getting gen 2 watch
i heard gen 2 will be thinner, lighter, faster, and cheaper
I don't usually get first gen products, enjoy your bugs!
Moto 360 looks pretty nice
I dont really need one, i already have a dumb watch.
Space gray doesn't suit me anyway.

I received the Email of Death.

I'm not too concerned about it really, sure it's a little disappointing, but it's completely out of my control so there's no point sulking about it.
 
Guy I work with didn't order it until 10 am the next morning. He ordered the aluminum sport with green band. He was given a June estimate. I had the 4-24 to 5-8 range. Funny thing is he is getting his watch tomorrow and I am not. Sometimes you just gotta laugh at irony. Today is not one of those times! :p
 
Hello friends. I placed my order and had a confirmation e-mail at 3:04EST.

Space grey sport, black band. Still processing. No charge, nada. May 13 - 27.

To be honest, if I wouldve known it would be so hard to get I would've chose a different model. I like the black but I like the other models just as much.

Whatever. :(

Yeah super strange. I was up at 3AM to pre order. Makes no sense.

I was give a Pebble Steel. Didn't really see the need for a smart watch until I had it. I really enjoyed it and I know the :apple: Watch will be much better for what I use it for than the Pebble. I sold my Pebble on eBay about a week ago and I am missing having a watch now. I may have to get me a timex until I get mine from Apple.

Hey!!! My 38mm SS BSB is waiting at the UPS hub for me to pick up first thing tomorrow. Oops, wrong thread. Sorry. Haha Actually I ordered 2, one for my friend and myself and just my luck that his made it on launch day and my 42 SS BSB is lost in the Watch Zone!!!! So I go through all this work to get him a watch on launch day. Damn straight I am opening it and playing with it before I hand it over. I mean I have to make sure it is correct, Undamaged, and working properly right? Well keep your chins up guys. It is just a watch after all. I mean tomorrow is a new day. Crap!!!! It is already tomorrow...... Who is tracking those planes for today? Update us on times!!! Lol

That email only came to people that were still in the processing stage and were in the 24th-8th range. For the majority of people it was Apple's attempt at telling you that you would not be getting one on launch day. I saw a few people that got that email get tracking numbers today after more planes landed but for most it meant bad news. The good thing about it is that I think the email of death is a good thing going beyond launch day. It sucked at the time but now I think that email means that whoever received it will be seeing their watch later this week. That is my theory and I hope I am right. Right now I am optimistic that people like me who got the EOD will get their watch by early next week. If that passes all bets are off.

Lol we have to find the bright side of it somewhere. The way I see it the anticipation is half the fun. Sucks not to get it but at least we have the fun of waiting for it a little longer. Eventually we will all be bored with it but we get to stretch it hopefully just A LITTLE longer.
 
Hello fellow apple fans stuck in processing hell, I ordered the 42 SS bone leather loop here in Australia, confirmation email at 5:03pm but still have a 4 - 6 week wait instantly on the leather loop. Delivery date is the 12/5 so not too far away! ;) will post when status changes.
