Reports like these make these estimates worthless, somewhat frustrating too. Just adding fuel to the flames.

I feel you. I preordered a 42mm Space Grey Sport and email confirmation is 12:01:10 (payed with Apple pay as quick as I could). Still "Processing" and no charges yet. Then again, my order gets delayed on every Apple delivery anywhere from 3 weeks to a month and a half whether it be a preorder or something that's already in stock.

When I first ordered my iPhone 6+, I was told that it would be delivered on launch day. Launch day showed up, delivery got pushed back a week, and that continued to happen for a month and a half. I didn't get it until November. That was a month of hell with phone calls twice a week trying to figure out what was going on. No one knew what was up. I'm hoping this launch is better than that one.

Heh, getting my SG iPhone+ was a nightmare as well. I should have known better than to have gone with another SG product.

Store was officially supposed to open at 08:01 so actually you only ordered 4 minutes after, not 5. It's madness.

I'm annoyed about the fact that 45min late pushed my delivery back 2 months. I think if they didn't have the supply they shouldn't have opened up "pre-orders". But I'll live, for the most part I've gotten all my iPhones on release day or weekend. This will be the longest I've ever had to wait. I'm tempted to spend the money I sat aside for the watch because I honestly believe I wont be getting it until sometime late June. I got the watch because I thought it'd be a cool gadget to replace my fitbit.
 
42mm SG Sport w/confirmation email at 12:04:10, nothing. I think 12:05 was when times started slipping so I don't even think next week is all that promising. Would not be surprised at all if mine was closer to the 8th than the 24th.

Apple ****ed up Basically!
I've read 1-2 articles online this morning about people with June delivery dates getting their watches today and people like you and I still waiting.

The worse launch ever they were on about getting bad publicity for store qeues and that as part of the online launch surly this balls up is creating even worse publicity

Because then we still have this problem. You can bet your left butt cheek that I - and everyone else here - will be pre-ordering it.
 
No one should complain unless they are in "June and Processing". That **** will suck the life out of you. :(
