Surprised, although not unexpected, that it is waiting until 10AM Pacific time. Strikes me that releasing to all at the same time puts a huge load on their servers. If released earlier then maybe before some get up etc. I would think it would stretch out server loads but Apple is Apple
It would be distributed to local caching servers as of 24 hours ago. It will still be a huge load for each country however.

Does anyone know what changes (if any) there are to screen time, aside from the screen time widget (which I don’t think adds any functionality to screen time itself)?

Also, will it matter if I upgraded the devices I manage (for kids) but not the iPhone and MacOS devices I manage them from? Any help appreciated!

The 6s has officially made it to 6 years of support, with a possibility of 7+ lmao. If there is anything Apple does right it’s this.

I have been waiting for this feature to come to iOS, it's great in Android as you can just set AdGuard DNS and get systemwide ad blocking even on mobile data without having to connect to a VPN.

Where do I go to enable it? I have an iPhone with the iOS 14 GM right here but cannot find the setting for a universal DNS change, nor any mention of encrypted DNS.

I'm guessing it's DoT like Android?

It supports DoT and DoH. However I'm not sure if you can enable it manually or an app like NextDNS, Cloudflare, AdGuard and others need to write a network extension inside their app which utilizes that feature.

Would Mac Rumours be able to do one of their very user friendly guides on unenrolling devices properly from betas? Now we're about to move to iOS14 and watcgOS7 releases I'd prefer to stay off the betas.

Nah. A continent is a discrete and continuous landmass. Britain is therefore a continent on its own, just like Australia.

The britons are also so culturally divergent from Europe that they don't deserve to be called europeans. They drive on the wrong side, use a funny obsolete measuring system and look upon themselves with a distortion filter of being some sort of empire in the world.

Europe != European Union.

The UK is still in Europe. It is not part of the European Union.

U sure, cause seems like the UK decided they didn't want to be part of Europe anymore.
No strictly true. Some UK citizens decided that they didn't want to be part of the European Union and voted as such. The UK is and will still be part of Europe. There are other countries that are not members of the EU but still part of Europe. Such as Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia & Turkey

Your high school geography teacher would like a word with you on how continents work. Unless you have a magical new model where every island isa continent.

So you are saying the same for Cyprus as you are saying for GB? Cyprus are part of the EU and drive on the left.
In your view, is Hawaii no longer a state as part of the North American continent and is in fact a continent of its own as it is a continuous land mass?

Do apps automatically stop working on the update if they don’t get updated by the developer? Or should most continue to work if I update straight away, even when they are not updated yet?

correct but if you don't want to be part of the EU you can hardly claim to be the capital of Europe ;)

You make a fair point. But then again I'm Scottish - we voted to stay in the EU, so the sooner we can rejoin (with or without England and Wales), the happier I'll be with my European buddies.
