I really like Chase too--how could you not? Aussie accent, beautiful, gorgeous hair...I'm not as much into the pathos of the show as you guys although I may be over time as I watch the back episodes--I only started watching this season really. I wouldn't say I am a hypochondriac anymore, although I definitely used to be one, and so I come to the show with the perspective of being the Internet doctor--someone who thinks he knows more than most doctors because of Internet research--and loves the differential diagnosis aspect of the show. I often actually know what they're talking about!

I'm definitely thinking something is coming out of the "I tried to kill Chase" situation. It's because House wants Cameron subconsciously. I think the wedding will be postponed. :)

The return of Hameron then! :p

House just keeps getting better and better, despite the start of season 5 being a little patchy.

wow you havent seen any episodes prior to this season. you must be kind of lost. glad you like the show but you should definitely go back and watch seasons 1-4. they are great!

i love when the parents say they looked up stuff on the internet and give them suggestions. but that's cool that you can follow some of the jargon that they use.

Season 4 was far worse than any of this season. Mainly due to the writer's strike. It was the first season I did not bother purchasing on DVD when it became available.

For all you House and Cuddy fans. Huddy (hate that name but that seems to be what everyone calls it:rolleyes:)

some scenes from the next ep Under My Skin.

Wow can't wait to see that one. She really has a great body though.

Also i should adopt house's method: When certain girls hug you, grab their ass :p

I am up to season 2 episode 5. By far the most touching episode so far was the episode at the beginning of season 2 called Autopsy. I feel guilty watching so much TV--I am in one of those modes where I have been watching a few episodes a day.

I can really appreciate the interpersonal drama more and connect to it more now. I really love watching it--the conversation is just so sharp and rarely cloying like most TV. And there are some really funny moments. Short jabs of sarcastic indifference from house. I also didn't realize his team was different. I never thought much of cameron, but she is quite stunning in these earlier episodes. I find 13 beautiful in the newer episodes and didn't really notice cameron, but she they are both quite stunning. This probably gets too far into my own complexities, but I normally enjoy watching only beautiful male actors (chase, for example), but something about those two actresses is quite taking.

I've noticed that so far at least they have always saved the patient's life. Not saying that's good or bad, just noticed it.

I hope that they actually get together instead of House just being a fool and screwing it all up.

my favortie ep of that season is distractions. i think it's episode 12.

as for them always saving ppl i dont want to give anything away but keep watching. but remember its not really about saving ppl, that sounds harsh but, its a mystery show essentially.

My favorite episode thus far is the one where House tells his story to a group of students...i forget the title. Done beautifully imo.

Wedding postponed. :D
Totally called that one.

i didnt really get that whole thing. why was she saving the sperm and also wanted his?!?! could someone explain that to me.

and i dont know what it is but i really like House and Cuddy together. i think they would do well. i dont think that it would ruin the show or House's sarcastic side. i believe that it would create some really good situations for the show.

I believe it was so she could have her previous husband's children even if he wasn't around. Why she wanted Chase's I'm not sure.

Me too, I think they've used the whole Amber hallucination to make him realize what an ass he really is, and how much other people care about him (Cuddy included). He couldn't see it when it was himself, but since "Amber" told him to do those jerky things he thought twice about it.

yea i dunno Cameron is wack. im not a fan of hers anymore. she's kind of creepy.

good point. it will be interesting to see how next week's episode goes. i hate their promos for the "next episode". they are so fast and confusing. but it looked like something was wrong with one of them. i thought i saw them looking in Cuddy's mouth with one of those flashlight things. but i dunno was moving to fast.

It's a good method. ;)

I also enjoy Three Stories, and The Son Of Coma Guy. I enjoy the Amber character, even more so now that she(or her as House's subconscious) tried to kill Chase with a stripper.

i can't think of a favorite episode. but my top ones are

Distractions - Season 2 - House on Acid, fantastic stuff

All In - Season 2 - It's the one where they are all at a party

Acceptance - Season 2 - its got LL Cool J and House taking shots what more do you need.

Half Wit - Season 3 - Dave Matthews and House jaming together. great moment. also the butt grabbing hug you guys are talking about

Lucky 13 - Season 5 - the Olivia Wilde lesbian episode. also just a good episode in general

Hmmm....I'd probably rather not know....it's hard for me to enjoy shows once I start noticing mistakes.

To continue my earlier convo (I am the one who started in season 5 and is now going back and plowing through the older seasons)--I am now in the middle of season 3. I didn't quite like the very end of season 2 and very beginning of season 3 with the shooting. I take it the entire last episode of season 2 was a hallucination...but then what was real what wasn't...all that annoyed me and I don't want to rewatch it to figure it out....and they never say why he gets shot right?.....other than that have enjoyed it!

all the events that take place after he gets shot until he wakes up being rushed to the ER on the cart is a hallucination.

HERE is a good site that explains the episode pretty well.
