I chose collect in store, so that’s where it’ll go.

Was going to be Wednesday, but I was unwell.
I’ll be picking it up this coming Wednesday.
I’ve been using my S8, and the S10 was patently faulty.
They have replaced the whole thing 👍🏻.

Great 👍 news a full-on replacement. And you’ll be able to try the watchOS 27 beta once you get it!
And with UK’s consumer law, if the same thing happens again, I can get a full refund.

Yeah my Ultra 3 crown is noticeably less clicky than my gf’s Ultra 2, since the beginning.
I’ve come to the realisation that the crown on my S10 wasn’t less clicky.
It was literally stuck stiff.
Clearly faulty.

Hopefully when you get your replacement, you can tell us how the new one felt.
So I collected my replacement watch, about an hour or so ago.
It’s saying it’s a 3 hour wait, to update to 26.5.
Does that sound right?
A waste of time, as I’ll be installing 27.

Watch Updates are so painful. Sometimes you can get it to go faster by turning off your iPhone's bluetooth forcing the watch to use wifi.
Thanks for the advice, bud.
The update failed, so now it’s resetting the watch, to start again.

dang. are you doing the update at the store or home wifi ? and yes I did learn the tip from @jz0309 - update your Apple Watch without having BT on/iPhone connection and exclusively on wifi. it should help
I’ve just put it on the charger, and am letting it do its thing.
Don’t know why it’s such a wait?
