How do I copy MP3's to my iPhone??

I'm trying to copy some music to my iPhone, just one album, but I can't work out how to do it. I'm trying to drag & drop, I've made a video to show you what I mean...
Any ideas please?

It's been a while since I've done this and your version of iTunes looks a bit different to mine, but I think you need to get out of "phone mode" first (the < in the top-left?) before dragging the files across, so that they "belong" to iTunes. It should then let you copy them onto the phone.

I believe it's because you're in phone view. Try clicking that back arrow "<" and then proceed to do drag-drop again.
