I currently carry my Xs in my left front pocket with a case and it makes a bit bulky because my wallet is in my left front pocket too. Without a case, the Xs is slimmer and my wallet live together nicely except it’s slippery taking out the Xs.

I’ve also been trying to keep my Xs with a case on it in my left back pocket.

XS Max. Naked. As always.

Front left pocket.

Pocket when I have just my personal phone, but during the day when I am working I have a small handled case and I stick both my company and personal phone in there and carry them around. It's a bitch having to pack two phones, but that is a choice I made so I live with it. The small case makes it much easier than sticking them in my pockets... LOL

I used to carry it in my right pocket with wallet in the left... but I found myself clipping my keys onto the right side so swapped the wallet/phone. Now wallet is in R and phone with leather apple case in left. (xs Max)

Not for long when dual sim is rolled out.....

Do you guys have issues with pocket lint getting inside your earpiece, speaker grill and lightning port? I always have this issue when putting my iPhone in my pants pocket.
I'm good.

It's surprising how much dust collects in your clothing - the longer you go without washing them, the more millions of skin particles they collect (hundreds of thousands per day apparently).

Got to at least flip out your pockets to the very end seam & give them a good slap (outside) for a couple of minutes.

I’ve noticed a lot of people mentioning they face the screen towards their body when in their pockets but, I do the opposite. My reasoning is if you have an impact and the back is facing outward and gets cracked the entire phone has to be replaced where as if you face the screen outward and it gets cracked the phone can be saved and the screen can be replaced for much less..

TBH, I hadn’t thought about this as it’s my first glass back phone (came from 7+) but I suppose since I have a case on it, it doesn’t matter. Good to keep in mind when carrying the phone naked..

True, but too convenient the other way with screen on inside & top of phone down. There’s no need to to turn phone over to see screen when you take it out of your pocket, which would be necessary if screen was facing the outside

Seems like I am the odd one. Most of the time I carry two phones (personal and work) on leather belt holsters.

During exercise I carry a belt waist pack.

At home in right pocket.

Unlike others, I typically don’t carry the phone naked ...

Looks like I am the only one using a HOLSTER!

Yep, have to get to my phone so many times and I have found nothing more handy than a holster. Sedio Surface case.

Giving my age way but I would have it no other way.
Belt Holster solves the problem of not enough pockets etc

Keys in the left, phone in the right. Though being a woman it can be hard to find clothes that have pockets, let alone ones big enough for the Max, so I often have to put it in a pocket inside my bag.

In the hidden map pocket of my Craghopper Nosilife shirts. So convenient. Opening is via a long zip identified by the dashed line.

I’m like Steve jobs. Have rows of these shirts and pants. I rarely wear any other type of clothing.

I put it in my gun holster.

XS Max in shirt pocket, upper left chest coat pocket (zippered), or front right pants pocket.
It’s in a case but not a bulky one.

Oh, you don’t find it too heavy for a shirt pocket?

Left pocket, together with iPods. If you don't have a protective case it's actually much lighter and less bulky.

Sounds like a receipe for a toilet splash down at some later date...

Would be just a matter of time.

Whereas in a front jean pocket I found plus size too big.

Is that a Max in your jean pocket, or are you just happy to see me? :apple:

Most of the time in my front right pocket. I tend to change my cases out a bit and sometimes go caseless, though these last few weeks I’ve been using the blue leather Apple case because I love it.

In my left pocket I keep a slim credit card holder for my ID, debit card (for those annoying merchants that don’t accept Apple Pay ) and bus pass, and my keys also go in that pocket. I used to put my wallet in my back pocket but that started to cause some issues with my back (I have scoliosis so it’s important to try and keep my back straight).

As a 6"1 tall girl... On the winter i always have to put the XS Max on my Coat. But in summer of course i do bring a handbag or purse. XS Max isn't really a pocket friendly like the iPhone 6/7/8 Plus and XR. Only the iPhone XS and smaller iPhones are going to passed the score if you wanted it to put on da pocket
