Where do you get it?
local pizzeria
New York style
other times it's frozen

How do you get it?
Eat in, take out, delivery, frozen, them all.

What do you take on it?
Regular.

How do you like your crust?
regular
Here's how I do it.

I love pizza. Favorite food.

Where: I get it from local pizzerias only. National chains ("Pizza" Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns, etc...) are disgusting.

How: I either go in and eat it there or do pick up and bring it home. I never do delivery.

What: Cheese. Sometimes if my girlfriend is having some we'll get tomato slices on it.

Crust: NY style is my preferred, but I'll eat Chicago too.

How much: ~$10 for a medium cheese.

IMO, New York City Italians make the best pizza in US. I also miss their calzone. It's been more than 20 years. I wonder how many real Italians run pizza parlors in NYC nowadays.

The Italians still own the neighbor pizza joints.

I like mine from pizza rustica here in south beach,florida..their pizza slices are gourmet style, square and have chunky toppings as u can see in the pic,I like my pizza with meat on top & prefer it hot & fresh.

On the rare occasion I get pizza anymore, either a meat covered pie or spinach, artichoke, tomato, and feta.
Thank goodness for Lipitor.

Ohh I love cold pizza. Especially for breakfast or lunch!

Favorite pizza. Lombardo's in New York's little itali. Oh man was it good.

Big chain: Domino s meat lover or Pizza hut meat lover with cheese crust.
Local: Jovinio's pizza in Long Beach. Extra cheese and pepperoni. Tasty.

Where do you get it?
Donatos

How do you get it?
Doesn't matter, as long as I'm eating it.

What do you take on it?
Founder's Favorite: pepperoni, sausage, ham and hot peppers.

How do you like your crust?
Thin

Too bad the closest Donatos to me is 2k+ miles away :(

Favorite? I'm partial to a thin, hand-tossed, floppy cheese & pepperoni. The kind one used to be able to get in NYC. Good pizzerias have gone the way of good delis there; out to the 'burbs. :(

Best pizza in the world? Pizzaria Bianco. It's that simple. You may now close the thread. :p

Depends on what I want, but I have my regulars that I order from the local place:

Regular crust - Mushroom/Sausage/Onion
-
Regular crust - Pineapple/Broccoli
-
Deep dish - Black Olive/Pepperoni/Crushed Red Pepper

Has to be SQUARE CUT. Great fresh, room temp., and straight from the fridge.

I like frozen pizza in a pinch. Any toppings will do, but plain cheese or pepperoni with Western dressing on top is aces.

Best pizza I have had was when I was in St. Martin. It was square so the place could fit 4 in the oven at once. The crust was thinner than thin but still crunchy, flakey, perfect. All topped with homemade cheese and sausage. Don't know what it was about that pizza, but it was just perfect.

Without a doubt the best pizza I've ever eaten came from a pizzeria near the Duomo in Florence! If you ever go its on the first corner as you walk into Piazza di San Giovanni (the baptistry square) from the train station. (If you're standing on the steps of the basilica and looking at the baptistry it'll be on your right and ahead of you. If I remember its on the corner you take to go to the marketplace…

Get the Margherita or the Sausage one. There's a bruschetta-y one too sometimes which is equally amazing. So good!!

Back home in Canada I'd say my favourite chain is Papa John's or Gino's (GTA only I think?). And my dad makes a pretty good pizza too…

Found it! (thanks Street View ;) ). We lived in the second floor apartments of that building so we ate a LOT of that pizza :p

really ? pizza tonno is one of the "standard" variations around here ... don't know about italy though

I can't remember why I tried it - all I know is i saw the topping in the list and I decided to have it one day. Since then I have it on every pizza (where possible) and it's just delicious. Standard for me is Pineapple and Tuna, the rest are just extras which make it nicer.

Where do you get it?
Domino's, Papa Johns, or local pizzeria that's run by a NYer. I hate frozen stuff from the store.

How do you get it?
Delivery from D and PJs, and dine-in at the local pizzeria

What do you take on it?
Ham and pineapple, or pepperoni, or spinach tomato and fresh garlic.

How do you like your crust?
I like them all, but prefer regular/normal crust
