My iphone is full....... Ive been trying to move ALL of my photo's & videos to my macbook pro unsuccessfully. I thought you could simply drag & drop them. Too much like right. Silly me.

I cant use my itunes as I have 10.2 installed on the el capitan os. Im also not aware of all of the capabilities of my mac. This 2008 version is my 1st!

thanks in advance.

Why can't you update your iTunes?
"support for my iOS devices" would be a good reason to get your iTunes up to date. :D

That iTunes update to current version 12.3.3 should be offered if you open your App Store, then the Updates tab.

I use iPhoto on my iMac and it imports flawlessly. Even deletes the photos from my iPhone if I want it to. If yours is newer can't you use Photo to import them?

Have you tried Image Capture? (It's under Utilities) The iPhone should pop up there with your photos.
yes....... it just closes while in the process.

I LOVE the 10.7 version of itunes. I really HATE the newer version of itunes. It pretty much sucks to me. But thanks for the suggestion.

Couldn't you download the Flickr app to your phone, sync all photos and then download via Flickr's website? No need to deal with which version of Mac software, just download and import into whatever you have.
