I don't know if its my brain playing a trick on me, but my arms look bigger
Anyway, I feel great. Taking a rest day in between sessions really helps so you're only feel the pain when actually engaging in the push ups. Have to psych myself up a bit beforehand and tell myself to keep going when I feel like I can't go any further... but because I'm doing it to help myself join the police, I just picture the uniform I want so badly when I do them and I get through.
