What is the actual brown leather case you have the iPad in? It looks like something I need to check out.
Attach it to your man parts with these to achieve your desired appearance.
My man parts are down around my knees, (cause I am old as dirt), so that is a no go.

I've had the traditional InCase shoulder/sling bag for a long time. Originally got it for my 13" MacBook, but now it holds my iPad too. Durability has been really great! If you carry a lot more stuff than just the iPad (chargers, Nintendo DS, wireless mouse, usbs, notepad, etc), then this works out really well.

OK, my current favorite man-purse . . .
I mentioned this one in another thread, but it was kind of off-topic in that one. The official man purse thread is where I belong! It is funny how the iPad finally succeeded where millions in advertising failed--I now carry a purse. But it's wife approved!
So far I have a XS Timbuk2 (kind of small for extra items), a S Timbuk 2 (good for travel) but my favorite daily is the Chrome Vega. Few colors on their site at the moment, but Zappos and others have more in stock. I went this this color combo, Brown/black.
Two possible pockets for the iPad. If yours in naked, there is a pocket just in front of the large one that fits quite precisely. if your iPad is in a case, however, you will probably use the larger one behind. For photos, there is a preview on iLounge.
It also has a very comfortable strap from seat-belt fabric. The strap is permanently attached, which is another plus in my opinion. My only complaint, which seems to be common in messenger bags, is that the added pockets are typically sewn flat, so you can get very little into them.

I'm using the 9.5 x 11 Half Flap from Far Horizon Traders. It's handmade from Camel leather, which I have to admit had a very strong and unique odor when it arrived, but after time, the odor calms down a lot.

Just got the press release this morning, gleaned these pictures off of their press sight. Can anybody show me a more utilitarian method of carrying an iPad?
We just entered an order for 5 of these, using them to aid in the usage of the ipads at our department. awesome, awesome, awesome.

hahaha that is awesome lol. I know a friend of mine just puts his iPad in a shoulder satchel kind of looking thing. i mean, it's not technically a man purse
I usually find that it is those who are the most worried about their own manhood who question others so pointedly as some have done here
But to the OP
I think there are plenty of situations that could required a concealment type of holster/underarm sling for the ipad. I personally could use one because I have carried mine like that may times without a carrier and obv I have to hold my arm tight against it to keep it from falling.
That stealth pocket one might just do the trick!

This thread is hilarious and it's the one time I'm grateful I'm a girl. Some of these do very much look very cute and feminine. I have some similar that I use everyday. 
i would say try the Timbuc2 sling bag or the Cocoon Harlem model sling bag for carryng you ipad around in they work great and not a bad bag ..
i use the Cocoon Harlem model to hold the ipad and it accessories items when outside the house..the unit will hold alot more than you think along with makeing it easly to use when traveling ..

I don't get it why some cases have a hole in the back so that you can see the apple logo. I mean I have a case for my iPad so that people won't recognize it as one.

That's a nice bag, but does something else fit in it after putting the iPad + accessories in it?

It's because many people are insecure and not comfortable in their own self, they need to display their ownership of items, hence they feel raising other peoples opinions of themselves.
It's also called no "class" whatsoever. No one with any really class feels any need to show off their wealth of property to others in an attempt to gain their respect.
It would be like Bill Gates standing in front of the world on stage covered in gold and diamonds to prove how rich he was to others.
For one with such a harsh outlook on people showing their ownership of items you have an interesting signature.
