If the only goal a person had doing that is to pretend that their watch is the LTE version, then I suggest that they should re-evaluate their priorities in life! How many fake red dots will appear

I do not have one as of yet but have been looking at them online and it’s not as bad as when I first saw it.How is it possible that the notch is "growing on you"? Do you have an iPhone X already? Or have you simply made up your mind that Apple's sloppy design still merits your parting with over $1,000 of your money?
You’ll be surprisedThat would be a truly tragic thing for someone to do.
Maybe an auto body shop?I have a set of these coming but would prefer professional paint or such. Anyone know of a type of vendor I could go to that would paint that well without having to disassemble?
Try jag hood ornaments. What you're saying makes sense, but I'm currently looking on MB's website and I can't seem to verify your claim about the Mercedes logo being biggest on the smallest model. The logo on the front of the A-Class looks exactly the same as the logo on the front of the AMG GT. I believe logo is the same size on all BMWs too. Have you got any links to back this up because it'd be very interesting if true.
Maybe an auto body shop?
Do they have anything to cover the iPhone X notch?
You're waiting another year to upgrade your Series 0? I have a launch day S0 and I'll be upgrading to S3 when I can. Feel like this thing is way too old now, and I purposely skipped S2.
I think that red dot is meant to be permanent (anodized?). It's not a sticker, but a sticker will temporarily cover it. I jokingly posted an image of some rotary tool sanding bits. That's actually how I would it. Sand down the color and polish it.I agree. I was shopping for Mercedes GL and they did tell me that the large big lighted logo comes in the expensive version.
[doublepost=1505747819][/doublepost]My question is opposite: once I buy the watch, can I remove the red dot?
If they made the notch less obtrusive (in terms of hardware), then the complaints would be questioning why couldn’t Apple just make it that tiny bit smaller so the bezels would be even. But a notch isn’t part of Apples vision for the future of the smartphone, so hopefully they do work hard on integrating the technology into the top bezel or have components under the display. That should be a priority.Does anyone know why the digital crown is red as opposed to color matched to the rest of the case? If the answer is, "Apple wanted to be sure everyone could recognize the latest device", that's B.S. I suppose that could also be one of the underlying reasons why they chose not to make the "notch" on the iPhone X less obtrusive. Everyone will be able to recognize the iPhone X, that's for sure.
I think the real question is, when is the next Major revision of the Apple Watch releasing? Now that we have seen three models of the same physical design, what does Apple have in mind for new hardware changes and when. That's what I would like to know. I don't know that we will see a third year in a row for the Apple Watch.
The red dot was the redesign. I'm partially kidding, of course.
I actually don't think there will be a major redesign until they can get around some of the tech constraints. As it is, what they've been able to squeeze into the 38 is amazing.
Also, the design is already iconic and stands out from all the me too products out there. And, unlike other Apple products, it's made to be highly customizable with a myriad of Watch bands and watch faces making a redesign less necessary.
Their least expensive model is also their smallest one. Thats why the 'Stern' looks bigger. The logo on the front of a Mercedes is largest on their least expensive models, and gets smaller as the models go up in price. This is done for that very reason.
From a product perspective, having a differentiator is important. From a design standpoint, it is terrible because the Apple Watch used to be a neutral accessory, and now it is not. It can literally clash with colors of bands that looked good on the previous versionNothing about this was random.
I’m probably the only one but i like the red dot
