iPhones do standby for eons though and we don't know if it was ever in airplane mode.
Or if they charged "before sleeping which always pads up the standby time a bunch. And Airplane mode is also very battery saving friendly. Though I don't like to be too cynical it's also amazingly easy to Photoshop in the "Time Since Last Full Charge" line...

6s. iOS 9.1 Beta 3.
That time I used low power mode.

I noticed this morning, that after a restore, the second I turned on always on hey siri my battery started dropping noticeably faster that it had been. Don't know if it was just a coincidence or not but will test over the next couple days.

I'm starting to think that for some of us iOS 9.0.2 is the real problem.
Really? Well I've personally had problems with iPhone since iOS 9! Something weird happened to my contact and its still not resolved even with 9.0.2 now. Apple are still trying to find a fix for me and will call me when they find out from the iOS engineers :(

We need screenshots as proof, ZipZap. We can't just take a person's word for it when they post something that seems too amazing. I believe 88 hours of standby CAN BE possible if you barely touch your phone and put it in Airplane mode when it's just sitting in your pocket. But always provide a screenshot as proof on a thread like this.

Why would I lie. 6S, IOS 9.1 B2, NO low power mode. I dont have a screen shot of the final look as it shut off. Here is the closest:

Let us know how it goes. Curious to see.

Well with barely any use today (less than 10 minutes), I'm down to about 85% by the evening on my 6s Plus. I think most of this is due to Apple Watch connectivity. My bigger concern is that with the screen on, just browsing message boards etc, the battery is just dumping. Probably 2-3 minutes per percent. It's pretty crazy. Screen brightness is around 25%, if that.

So it seems like my issue is screen-ON battery life. That doesn't sound like a hardware issue. It just sounds like the 6s Plus has inferior screen-on battery life for me. Bummer. :(

With fairly heavy use of maps and music today, it drained to 50% by the time I put it back on charger. From 7:45AM to 6:30PM.

After 7 days of use and 6 recharges, I'm getting about 6.5 hours with 50% battery consumed or about 13 hours fully drained from a full charge. This is for a 6S+.

Pretty similar to my 6+, my 6S+ gets 9 to 11 hours usage, so through a full day always, only have to charge if hitting the town.

6s+ running 9.1b3.
Usage 8hr49
Standby 17hr42
12% remaining - not using low power mode

Doing pretty well. iPhone 6S Plus 64GB Space Grey. Left it on overnight from about 2am to 9am since it was in the first charge and I was trying to run it down.

Usage seems about on par with my 6 Plus; about 10 hours of Mixed usage with an extra hour or two if I listened to music or podcasts.

Edit: I suppose I'll add in a bit of my Settings for those interested.

Was on wifi with 4G left on in the background the whole time
Auto-brightness, maybe going as high as 30%ish and possibly as low as 0% when used at night
Hey Siri is enabled
Background app refresh on for CloudMagic (email client) and Weather
Location Services on "while using" for many apps except for Weather which is always on
System Services on only for Cell Network Search, Find my iPhone and Setting Time Zone
Bluetooth is always on to pair with my Apple Watch, therefore phone is also usually silenced
Work email is set to fetch every hour

Really happy with the battery life on my 6S. And it's not even finished!

All WiFi, no LTE. Normal usage for text messages, cloudmagic, app store downloads, spotify with bluetooth music streaming.
