Basically a full day of usage (no-class day). Its 10pm where I live.

Loving the 6s + battery, its just as good as the 6+. Maybe a little bit better.

Usage: bluetooth enabled all the time (Apple Watch & handoff to Mac OS X) & wifi when I'm at home (enabled through all this day) and 4G.

My battery life on my restored 6s sucks. I only got 5 hours of usage (mostly browsing).

I downloaded a battery app and it says these apps are using energy. Any idea on how I can stop them from using energy? Already unchecked them from background refresh etc. And no idea what that Chinese app is.

I'd set up as new but then I'll lose my side loaded kindle notes, iMessages and Textme messages. Apple needs to improve the ability to back up specific data.

15 hours usage on iPhone 6s+ (Samsung). Didn't use low power or any other type of power saving technique. I'm going to see how much I can get in low power mode next time.

Beats the crap out of my TMSC chipped 6s+. I just got 9:17 with 90 hours standby and 5 percent battery left. Major uses were safari, keynote and messages this time around. I'm guessing my reception and screen brightness play a large part.

I've found that the video playing app "nPlayer" really sucks the juice and gets me down into the 6 hour range when I use it a fair bit.

Bad reception can really drain a battery. I was in an area at work where the reception was horrible and drained 5% in 4 minutes while trying to load a webpage.

Not sure that really beats the crap out of it. You have about 1/3 less usage but about 3 times the standby (with 4 more percent of battery left as well).

The battery life on my iPhone 6plus was great and it's terrible on my iPhone 6s Plus.. I've never seen the battery go down so quickly.. A short video can bring it down nearly 20-30% right before my eyes.. It's really annoying..

I checked and don't have the Samsung battery..

Early days but this is the best battery life I've ever had on a phone. Loving my 6S plus so far

You have a bad backup, a bad installation of iOS, or a corrupted app.

My standby time has taken a hit last night for unknown reasons. Not got many apps installed yet either. Went from 84 to 76 percent last night (8 hours). The previous nights it lost about 4 percent only.

Hi, guys!

What services do you activate/deactivate in order to get the most of your batteries? I've been 3 weeks with an iPhone 6S and returned it and got a 6S Plus because I could hardly get more than 6,5 hours of use, TSMC chip.

Now I've got a 6S Plus, Samsung chip, and I'me getting less than 10 horus of use. Do you think it's OK or should I try to get a TSMC one?

Would you say this is ok? 8hrs :/ I believe my 6 had better battery life. Samsung chip btw.

Almost 4 weeks old 6s, 64GB, spacegray

Last three charging cycles after I set it up as new a week ago. Definitely better than with my old Backup that lasted from my 4s to 5s and then 6s.
Now I usually get 1.5 days from unplugging to empty battery. Screen at 50% brightness. Usage: mainly texting, Facebook, Safari, Tapatalk. I am very happy!

This is probably the Best you can get, about 10 hours for normal active use.

My first two 6S+ got 11.5-12.5 hours of usage. They had fantastic battery life.
My next one got around 10 at best with the same carrier, same apps and same usage pattern. Not all iPhones are equal so it would seem.

Base on what I saw from people share this form, Samsung 6s+ you can expect 6 to 8 hours, TSMC 8 to 10 hours. Your result proves it is correct.

It proves that for that person's use. It does NOT prove mine.

I've got a Sammy chip. This is my use today.

Here is my last test, iPhone 6s+ 128gb Samsung. I decided to try low power mode for the last 50% of battery life. It didn't seem to effect anything and I got a few extra hours. Got 17 hours of usage.
