LMAO ... what song\movie is this from? reminds me of 'Don't like you cause your feets too big'.U. G. L. Y.
YOU AIN'T GOT NO ALIBI. YOU UGLY!
👏👏
YOU UGLY!
does this adapter give you what you need/want besides it's placement? If so you're nitpicking for esthetics when it functions just fine. Instead of having a longer, flopping/dangling cable used to allow central mount - this is perfect. From feel you can tell how many USB-C ports are used at the back. The cable was put on the wrong side. Now it can't be fastened to the center under the screen!

My thoughts exactlyThe cable was put on the wrong side. Now it can't be fastened to the center under the screen!
Isn't that from The Replacements? Probably wrong, because all I remember from that movie is "Bad Girls."LMAO ... what song\movie is this from? reminds me of 'Don't like you cause your feets too big'.
Waiting to see what Satechi or Sabrent will do.
I agree. I would prefer it in the middle or at least the option to.The cable was put on the wrong side. Now it can't be fastened to the center under the screen!
Exactly the sentence you had written before (at the time of its first presentation). Stubborn, really? All because Apple is so stubborn with ports... Can't have any on the front, can't have any on the side, can't have USB-A on a desktop because the world will end.
MacRumours is blessed to have your amazing content on it. 🤣The whole point is to add back as much functionality as possible, and that includes having a logo on the front of your machine.
Ideally, we'd see something more like this:

That’s only $54.95 also, but still obstructing ether 2nd fan or speakers.Satechi will do all USB-A ports on the hub, part of the brand's mission is keeping USB-A alive well into the 2030's, while fighting USB-C adoption with all their hearts.
