If you type when it's in the table it WILL wobble, It has the protruding camera. If you take it out if the case everyday .. Maybe that's what caused it to bend? Yesterday I recevied my pluses and didn't have nano sims yet so I figuted I'd take out the one that's in iPad air to activate it. It was REAL difficult to pull the air from it's case, I actually though I bent it lol. Maybe you actually did it this way. Anyway, I feel bad for you. I understand it's frustrating.

would love to, I am just hear to report the issue, not really looking for a solution.

I did report though a couple of negative impacts from the slight bend, including a louder vibration; so it definitely makes it a bit harder to enjoy

Reporting here is just not a worthy use of your time. (You may have figured that out by now). Report it to Apple. They may or may not do anything about it, but at least you'll have registered your complaint with the only party who can do anything about it.

Have we seriously gotten to the point where we're discussing someone's phone slightly wobbling on a table?? Really?? Has this forum sunk SO low that we're discussing this minute of a detail? What's next, there's a dust speck on the top of my phone? Do I use Pledge or Windex to get it off? I....I....just don't even know what to think of this place anymore.

neither. Use a display cleaner that you would us on a laptop or a clean dry cloth.

So you think starting a thread without supplying proof is somehow better?

I am talking about my experience, I think that's what this forum is for.
If this ever goes to court, of course I'll document my case a little more, but I don't think we're there yet.

They'll just add the OP to the long list of anal-retentive customers they've had to put up with since the original iPhone.

There is no iphone bending problem.

Ok... happy now ?

Maybe read my post completely if you want to comment on it, I mentioned a couple of negative impact already form the slight bent

I completely disregarded those issues because you said you have it in a leather case. Both of the issues you noted wouldn't be noticeable if you actually used the case "since day one" as you stated.

So you start a thread. Someone asks to see evidence and you say "No, I don't want to because I'm afraid people will think poorly of me".....

I'm sorry, but that makes less sense than an iPhone bending in someone's pocket under normal use.

already replied to that: tested on the same spot, same table every day. Once i noticed the issue, tested on other surfaces, with same result.

So, you're just setting yourself up to qualify for the class action lawsuit that you think is going to get filed and succeed, right? I mean, you've been prattling on about that for days and then "ta-da!" your phone is "bent" only not really because you can't even see the bend.

Credibility. Lacking.

Mine does the same thing. Does it look bent?

I'm sure it's slightly bent - question is whether you can live with it or not.

Unfortunately, I don't think the plus makes a very good pants pocket phone.

Women's pockets sit where your torso & legs bend in a sitting position
I'm sure after time it would cause bending - but we have lots of other carry options.

Mens pockets are deeper, but it's a big phone. I could still see it causing a problem over time for some people.

Sorry OP. :(

How about a vid of the non visible bend or the extra vibrations when the phone is on vibrates.

what about I hire a professional crew to shoot this

listen, believe me, don't believe me, I don't care. just add me to the list of people with a bend phone that didn't prove it, I'll be fine with that.

been 15 days... either way, I am not interested in getting a similar unit, would rather hear confirmation that Apple has silently fixed the issue, then go get a replacement

Not gonna happen until at least the 6S/6S+, assuming it happens at all. Your only option at this point is to get a different phone altogether.

(Or accept a minor, imperceptible-by-sight bend that may or may not actually be there. But you've clearly established that's out of the question, too.)

You look for a problem hard enough in your "daily" test, you'll eventually find it. Like I said, your anal retentiveness is the real issue here.

what's the problem, nobody lol'ed you on your first post, so you try a second time?

there you go: lol, "anal retentiveness..." best thing I have read on this forum in a long time
happy?

If you really want the issue to be fixed,,,, if there really is an issue.... then you should have just kept this thread to yourself.

Apple will point to this thread about how "silly" customers are being.

One of the phone that I bought has a discolored spot on the back. Really small, covered by a case, and won't affect resale. My phone is not perfect but there is no way I am taking it back. 99% perfect is good enough for me.

You were 1 degree off on the same spot each time. Sorry, but not scientific.

you guys are sad... listen, you're right, I just noticed that every surface I tried it on had suddenly wrapped in the exact same way. now that I think about it, every single surface in my house has wraped overnight; the only thing that seems to have stayed flat is my phone really, which is why I noticed the wobble.

that makes perfect sense, thanks for helping me figuring it out!

ha you're right, I don't really know how I have been using my phone; it makes sense that you would know better
