I've been an Apple fan for years & years. that's not changing anytime soon or later. :D

I would never regret ANY of my tattoos. it's something that I wanted at that point in time, so WHY regret it?

'it's something that I wanted at that point in time'

Exactly, a tattoo becomes a part of who you are and who you were.
A symbol of the sum of the whole.

I have quite a few tattoo's, including on my hands.
I have no regrets about any of them even though some are no longer relevant to my current way of life.

Enjoy your tattoo as a moment of now and look back on it in years to come as the person you were, or maybe, still will be.
It's all a part of who you will eventually become.

I'm a fan of body art, but that just looks ... trashy. >.<

If you're going to get art, at least get it somewhere that can be covered up if necessary. I hope you don't end up with a new job where professional business atire is required. Meeting professional clients of multi-billion dollar companies and you have an Apple stamped on your hand ... not so good.

I hope you realize that the tattoo artist made fun of you with his co-workers after you left.

How much does Apple pay to use your hand as a billboard ? Is the price higher for more visible body parts ?

I'm interested in a little extra cash on the side too, selling out to corporate interests doesn't seem so bad depending on the cash incentive.

What's wrong with you people?? If she likes it that's all that matters. I didn't realize so many of you were this close minded. So much for 'think different'
ANd BTW IVanessa, I like those stud-between-the-finger rings! (Or whatever they're called!)

EXACTLY. people here are ridiculous. I give props to the people that can voice their opinion in a mature way, but majority of the people here cannot. at least I got some LULZ. thank you by the way :D

How is it different to get an Apple tattoo ? It was portrayed as a joke in a movie (Wild Hogs) already. Not quite the marginal thing to do. And it's a corporate logo, not even a piece of original art...

No, if anything, getting a tattoo of an Apple logo is pretty much the anti-thesis for "Think Different". It's "Think in the box".

I'd hire her in a minute. Good looks, great tattoo and smart. (Mainly cause she loves Apple.)

I don't mean to bash her, it's her body and her choice, but there's no such thing as a 'smart tattoo'. That's the beauty of tattoos, they're meant to be art, they serve no function except expression.

The bikini line would have been a better place.... ;)

This!

Unless you are OK with severely limiting your future employment potential; the golden rule of tattoos is below the color and above the cuff. I know you are '26 and have a job' but you have about 39 years left in your career. I just hope a future opportunity isn't ruined because you don't meet a potential employers standard of grooming and dress.

Seems like open-season for people to make fun or be outright nasty to the OP.

So some people don't like it, that doesn't make it an excuse to belittle, demoralise or attempt to humiliate.

What would some of you do if you met iVanessa physically?
Push her in a corner and throw stones at her?
Call her a witch?

Seems like that's the mindset of some people here.

To be honest, as with any girl I meet, what I would do would really depend on how good looking she is.

I'm a cosmetologist, where tattoos are "acceptable." I am never going to be working bankers hours, so I will be fine :)
