iPad I just placed my iPad Air 2 order. Post your shipping estimates!

Im done preordering. Whats the number to call about orders so i can see if they messed up. I ordered the second the store opened online on the 17th. This is what i have "delivered" today.

no seriously, whats the number? Do i just call the one on the website and select iPad or something?

Na seems all LTE models in the states aren't moving yet

Getting my wifi model today :) I don't have much use for a LTE model and not worth paying $130 to have that luxury

Why would they say there is a delay if there isn't a delay, though? They never mentioned a release date, and your delivery time frame hasn't even come yet. You could end up getting yours on Friday or Monday.

I keep seeing how LTE ones are still "processing", yet I ordered a 128G LAST NIGHT and it has already charged my card and says "preparing to ship"!

When did you order? I got a delivery date of 23-27 from apple. I actually called them today - seeing as tomorrow is the 23rd and the email I got from apple said it'll be delivered then. UPS is still stuck on processing - however, apple assured me my order would be here tomorrow. hope that helps.

When i first ordered it on the 17th all my windows were shorter. First time I've preordered anything. I didn't take into account that the cellular models would be delayed a bit, due to... them being cellular. lol For me it was a toss up, i know I'm going to have it for a while and just wanted to cover my bases. Im good tho, slightly frustrating. As long as i get it before i could pick it up in a store. I thought thats what preordering was all about. lol no worries :) :apple:
 
Mine says out for delivery.I received a package this morning from UPS wasn't from Apple. It still says out for delivery. Hopefully tonight or Tomorrow.

We both ordered soon after the Apple Store came back up, both said "Available to ship: 2-4 business days" and "Delivers 27 Oct - 29 Oct by Standard Shipping".

From what I understand, that's where they will be received when they arrive from China. From there, it will be moved to delivery trucks. I'm in Misissauga so it's about 20 minutes from me. My expected delivery date is October 23 - 27. We'll probably see "Out for Delivery" tomorrow morning at around 5 AM lol (every $800+ Apple product I've ever purchased does this long haul and then shows up in either Concord or Burlington, and then goes out for delivery 5 AM the next morning.)

Can't wait for tomorrow, my Smart Cover will probably be waiting for me when I get home lol

My iPad Air is WiFi only. It will be nice not having to search for a free hot spot just to get directions. T-Mobile's one-gig plan for $20 should be enough for a months worth of Google Maps.

I have T-Mobile and 3gb Hotspot included... If I need it I'lll just turn Hotspot on. Personally my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is big enough to get directions and I don't carry a tablet everywhere unlike my phone

Have shipping date 22nd-24th with delivery estimated at 27th of October for a Silver 128GB Cellular+Wifi, so pretty much the same as everyone else.

As usual the Smart Cover gets sent separately via regular mail, so it shipped on Monday already but also has an estimated delivery of the 27th. At least they coordinated that part :)

Account has been charged, not cancellable any longer. Too bad I can't get it over the weekend to play with...

Hmmm...just got the sms from Apple this evening saying my order has shipped, and delivery is expected tomorrow already? UPS tracking number is not in UPS system yet though. Would be great to get it for the weekend!
 
Ordered yesterday (10/21) - shipped and UPS says early delivery tomorrow 10/23. Originally it said 24-28th estimated. Coming from PA.

Just a plain jane 64GB silver wifi though.
