Then why complain? No one is forcing you to buy or keep an iPhone. There are plenty of choices in the smartphone market...why keep and complain about a phone that only partially does what you need it to do?Really? If the phone works 90 percent of the time exactly how it should but 10 percent of the time, no? You'd return in? How about 95 percent of the time?
How about 70 percent of the time.
In other words - at what point does it become a personal issue.
People have different tolerance levels. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you can accept why some people don't rush out and return something so quickly just because you want them to.
I'm afraid I'm not following your logic here...you either like what the phone does or you don't...I don't understand purchasing a phone that only partially does what you want or need it to do and instead of returning the phone and purchasing something that better fills your needs, you keep the phone but complain that it doesn't do what you need it to do...
