I know it is a dubm question but I really couldn't figure it out... :(

I got my card, and it has been activated, but I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REDEEM this card...

I logged into my account, I tried to pick "gift card" as payment option, it gave me error, something like my card declined by the issuer.

How did you redeem your card???? :(:confused:

Activate your gift card first by following the steps on the letter.

So you log-in online with your AT&T account.

Click Make a Payment on the left side.

Payment Amount is $25, select Gift Card, Pay Now.

Write your card number , CVV/CID (which is found at the back of your card) and your expiration date, just like you've used a regular credit card to pay it.

That should get you through.

I keep getting this error;

"PM862: We're sorry, your credit/debit card company has declined to process this payment. You may choose to verify the five digit billing zip code for this credit card, or select another card or payment method."


My card will expire this month.
 
We left Verizon to come back to att, and i didn't read this thread first?!?! What is wrong with me? I could have gotten almost a full tank of gas. Oh well.. maybe next time.

If you followed the steps listed by Rayfire and you are still getting errors you may want to call the number on the back of the card. I haven't had any issues using them.


BTW, 3 referrals left!!!!
