Ipad 4 is just the same thing..no new cutting edge design it's a rebadged Ipad 3 with some features they opted to leave out in March 2012.
It's a very very weak upgrade and really shouldn't be called a 4th generation as it's just the same thing. Nobody would sit with a 3 and 4 comparing speed unless you are doing it for a youtube clip..
