I'm bothered by the lack of sympathy for people who prioritize day one purchases. I've alway managed to get my apple products day one. I research and plan on the most effective way to achieve that but this time was a fail. In the past with white or gold iPhones I had the choice to order for a later delivery or settle on an available color. I was not given that option this time around.

Dear Tim and Angela

I'm sick of Fandroids at work asking me where is my Apple Watch. Where is my Apple Watch?

They have in the past.

NO they have NOT. I never got a phone on the first day. I think it took me a few weeks to get the first one. The rest did not matter as much because all were incremental upgrades. I was usually happy to get one within a week or two.

Who made you the judge of what right anyone has to complain?

Seriously so weird.

Maybe "right" wasn't the correct word to use. But I think in this case, to be promised that you'll receive a product within a certain date range, and then complain when it doesn't arrive on the first day of that range.....your complaint really doesn't resonate or seem reasonable. Do you have a "right" to complain - of course. Do you look incredibly silly for doing so - absolutely.
