Caution, just my little soapbox moment here: I just have to say something... I'm tired of people getting all "better than thou" attitude with their "going naked" is better debate. You know, to each his own I say. If you don't find a need or desire for a case or protector, great, happy for you but what does that have to do with those here? Are you guys just looking for a fight? Why post all your negative comments? Stop trying to convert people to your way of thinking, by badmouthing how their choices trash the beautiful phone yada yada. Seriously what is the big deal if you see someone with a beautiful new iphone tucked in what you think is an ugly case.. does it really bother you that much? I'm happy if that's all you have to worry about in life hehehe. I work with toddlers all day. They usually don't get at my phone but never know. I could list lots of other reasons why I'm happy to put my beautiful phone in a case and put a protector on it but why should/would I? I don't need to explain myself. My new iphone is beautiful if you can see it or not and I could care less what the public is going to see or think or feel about how my phone looks. I do what I do because I want to, and everyone else should too and be happy about it. right?

I am super careful with my phone and my 5s still developed those tiny hair line scratches that could only be seen in sunlight. I know it's not much but it was enough to bother me. My cases are very thin though because I don't drop my phones.
I think I'm going to stick with my crappy spigen glas tr... The borders are just a big no no for me. Now I gotta pay for shipping to send the iloome back
You know how it was meant to be used because you're an engineer for Apple and worked on the iPhone development team. Yup
I wouldn't probably mind the colored edges but not the thickness of it. It's too thick for me.
Plus their customer service sucks too. I had a delivery estimate until yesterday October 9th but have not received my order and the status still shows preparing for shipment. I even paid for expedited shipping. I asked for a refund of at least my shipping charge and I'll wait but no dice, they said I could CANCEL if I wanted to

I like it.
I covered this in my previous review. But I really like it. It's not perfect. There's that thin unbonded looking line all the way around it between the screen in the black border. But now I really don't notice it. I hate the glass screen protectors that still leave about 1/8 of an inch uncovered area all around the phone. I also think the black Iloome protector looks really good with the black faced iPhones. I do not have the white protector but from the pictures it does not look that great to me. But to reiterate I do like the black one.

They say they have a 30 day return policy if you aren't happy - I am assuming that means that if you try it and don't like it, you can return it...

They have the same profile so it will work. I though at most it would be a tight fit, but I'm glad it fits.

I tried the SPIGEN. What a piece of crap. This is better. The borders is more noticeable in pics. I seriously don't notice them now after using it a full day at work.

Yes it is. You don't feel the colored border.
Do the borders feel like the edge to edge curved glass you feel naturally on the phone while swiping left to right etc?

I've just installed my black iLoom, replaced the Zagg that I put on the day I got the phone. I like that the iLoom covers edge to edge, but I don't like that the edges are sharp and removes the curved feeling of a naked phone. The Zagg protector kept the curved feeling as it didn't cover edge to edge. Now I'll have to decide if I prefer the curved glass feeling or the edge to edge protection. Can't have 'em both...apparently
Good point. They probably haven't updated the site since they discovered that it doesn't work with the case.
I just received the tempered glass today and applied it on my phone. The layer on the bottom seems to be misaligned, and looking at Nin7474 picture it seems like it too. On the left side of the screen theres a noticeable line running down, and on the proximity sensor it seems out of place. While the right side has a bit of the same effect but not as much as the left. When the screen is on a white background you definitely notice a rainbow effect from it. I'm going to attempt to take a picture when I get home tonight with a macro lens.
I noticed the lines on BOTH sides. I'm going to get hold of iLoome and see what they have to say about that. It does create a rainbow effect.

Apple leather and Apple silicon case is COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE with iloome ScreenMate tempered glass.
The original incorrect information was based on a screen protector that had a manufacturing defect that we didn't catch (the first batch we've received that caused the delay on the first place). We're totally embarrassed but now the page has accurate information!
