Improve the appearance of the dock shelf

Here is the Macbook Pro's dock.. I used the automated one on this because I just wanted a nice shinny black. I change my wallpaper too often to have a specific colour on my lappy

um I don't know the exact date of that wall but I got it from http://www.mandolux.com/ So I will just attach it in the 1440x900 version that I have.

This is so cool. Can some talented person make one that looks like ice from a hockey rink--white ice with maybe the blue lines and red line?
Maybe even make the boards behind the icons?

I'd like one that mimics the menu bar, but for the life of me I have no clue how to do that.
Here is another one. It was just an experiment, kind of makes me want to yak, but someone might like it.

nice, but it would even be better if it doesn't look like glass, but more like real grass.
All you'd have to do to make that happen is take the grass dock, with no reflections of course, and add a transparency border on the sides and rear that mimic the rough outline of a field of grass.

Not specifically. That image just came into my head as something funny to have as your dock.
What I mean is that if you can have any image whatsoever, you may as well get inventive. Like the grass example above.
I've tried a few with some cool images and it just doesn't translate well.
That being said, the reflection from the active apps onto the frontline bar was really starting to annoy the hell out of me, so I removed it and then made a green and red variant.

Those are really nice.
When I tried to mod my dock, I got funny reflections of the indicators under the indicators themselves. Your attached thumbnails don't have that, but your dock icons are still reflecting. Or is that what you meant by active app reflection?
How is this? I'll alter the border for you anyway ya wants. This one is grass at 100% opacity, and a white border at something like 50%.

Can you post that with no border? That's really nice looking grass, would go well with my setup.
EDIT: Just saw your previous version, but wanted to comment that I prefer this one, but with a completely transparent border so it still looks like the grass is sticking out non-uniform, but it's not got that white border around it.

Sorry that's what I meant. If you look at the originals in the dock folder you will see that Apple, for some God unknown reason, actually drew them with that reflection there that spills onto the frontline bar. So just backup your originals and substitute one of my sets and you won't get it anymore.
Rainbow dock

The rainbow dock is awesome, BUT frontline.png is the default one it looks like, so you get that white line across the front.
I wonder if the creator is a member here, perhaps he could make a matching rainbow frontline.png.
Alternative, can someone with some skills give it a go? I'd like to see it without the active app indicator light reflection, as brbubba achieved earlier on in this thread.
