Can someone with knowledge about how it works explain what could be the reason for this?? I definitely feel it faster. Also, all they say in the change log is that they changed some typo( have no clue what that meant) and works for iPhone 4s. Wondering why 4s would need spite in the first place??

Theories say they need spire because apple are trying to block their siri proxy keys !
Possibly the 4s used for their siri proxy details.

Some 4s owners report that siri has stopped working.

Spire just legally downloads the full siri programme from apples servers, ironic !

Ive asked the question on what the spire update consists of but have not been given a definitive answer. Maybe its them keeping ahead of apple !

I just know it has made it quicker for me and others are reporting the same !

Why is this file keep coming back?
I delete it twice already
 
The new spire update also addresses the ram issue. It's not entirely gone but it's a lot better than before.. :)
 
Thought this might help, I downloaded the cert. this morning after paying my 20.00 and within an hour I had siri running like a champ. I had to delete one file with ifile but other than that it went pretty smooth.
If you go to trouble shooting on their web page it walks you through it if you have problems. Just follow step by step.
 
I bought the proxy access, and got the email with the link to download and install the certificates. I click it, pops up on safari, and I click to "Install the Certificate".

Then pops up - "Cannot Install Profile - Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error."

I emailed iMZDL about 90 minutes ago, no reply thus far. Anybody manage to fix this without help from iMZDL?

No sorry I did not get this issue however from my experience with contacting them via e mail you should get a reply.

Like them on Facebook and you can comment and perhaps get a reply that way.

I hope you get this sorted as the Siri service they provide is good.

I had the same issue. They ended up emailing the certificate to me, which installed properly.

This exactly. They asked for a screen shot, sent the certificates, and after a touch of basic tinkering everything is working great! Very satisfied.
 
i am trying to figure out what to do i want siri but i dont do twitter on google plus so what/how do i work it

All you need to know is on this forum.

Jailbreak
Install "spire"
Go on google to their website and fill out the order form with your id number and credit / debit card.

They'll email you back with the certificate which you download and also with their e mail is their Siri proxies. Choose the nearest to you and simply key it into spires host field.

Make sure Siri is enabled and your away.
 
i have just bought the service, and installed the certificate with the matching ip, but it still doesnt connect....any idea??? :confused:

And you've keyed the proxy key that's nearest to you into spire and then gone into your settings and turned Siri on ?
 
Well I could never get the repo.technetec.com/vip to load so I used siriport.ru. After install Siri opens but never responds. What am I missing?

Assuming your looking for a Spire alternative, don't waste your time with Spite or the others and instead go with Ac!dSiri. It's free and feels like the best one out ATM.

Ac!dSiri works great! and i thought i'd never have Siri on my iPhone 4 after updating to 5.1.1!!! my only issue is that whenever i try to turn on the wifi(i have AssistantExtensions installed) it would stall but all other toggles work great and so is opening apps via voice dictation.

Yeah, the issues your seeing are likely something you need to alert AssistantExtensions author to fixing.
