Which do you like better?

Sorry if you like something else; let's just stick to these two for this thread.

Never been out west so I never had IN-N-OUT but I heard its pretty amazing. . . The gas in my building isnt working today so I have no stove and Five Guys just opened a block down (Midtown NYC), gonna give it a shot for dinner . . .

ESPN Zone has the best burgers. ;)

I had Five Guys once and it will be the only time I will have Five Guys. What a disgusting burger. Quality of meat was not that great. Barely better then McD's and Burger King. Greasy as crap. Not worth the money I spent. Maybe I have too high of standards for a fast food burger, but I really don't know how people stomach that crap.

I had In-n-Out when I was in LA and it was good. We have Five Guys here and I've had it a few times. It's not bad but it's not my favorite.

It's not fast food, but Cheeburger Cheeburger is good too. Although none of those places compare to some of the local, non-chain burger restaurants here. Blueberry Hill and The Fatted Calf win out over anything else and are both worth trying if you're ever in St. Louis.

I love 5 guys~~food doesn't make me queasy like typical fast food. I'd like to try the other one, maybe someday they'll make it to hillbilly pennsylvania:rolleyes:

I've had both, and prefer In-N-Out. There's just something about a Double-Double with grilled onions that's unbeatable. :)

Much as I try to forget about In-n-Out (since the nearest one is 1000 miles away), it is better than 5 Guys. But I prefer Dick's to 5 Guys, really.

In-and out aren't really burgers (although cheaper). More like tiny beef pancack. Need a quad to be a normal burger.

They got good shake though.

Fuddruckers FTW, although it take a long time to get the burger.

I have never understood the appeal of In-N-Out. It seems to have a cult like following for anyone from CA, Nevada area

I went and it was nothing special. The menu is bland, and yes, I know all about the secret ordering ways. IMO, In-N-Out is akin to Wendys though maybe a tad better burger wise

Now Five Guys is really good. Their fries and burgers are amazing. That's my opinion for whatever it is worth lol

Only con about 5 guys is it's sorta pricy...looking at like 10 bucks for the fries and burger. For that amt, I'd rather go to say Red Robin and have a gourmet burger

Five Guys.

Good marketing too. On iPhone 4 launch, they opened a little early and made sacks of fries then passed them out free to us broiling in line.

Ahh! More to love 'em for!
